This is my go-to brand for kava. It's definitely high quality.
Is it still? I swore by their concentrated drink (though a bit pricy) when I used to drink it in 2015 and want to keep it on me for when I get anxiety but I remember someone saying it isn't as good anymore. Is that accurate? I want to get some ASAP

Regular by far. But micronised is faster to make and a bit more convenient.
Most people are going to get instant for convenience but if you have the time to prepare traditional and you like to drink a ton of dirt water then go with that. Me personally I can’t stand more than 8oz of that crap
