guys i have been drinking kava from kava spirit 2022 that i bought on amazon and its amazing! after an exhausting day that saves me when its time to rest
I love kava for me it helped me not drink, and helps with my anxiety so im not on antidepressants anymore.
how about now? also do you have it in the morning for anxiety and is it only for a first few hours that it works for it?

What's the proper dosage based on pounds and/or kgs for a mild effect and how long does the effects of kava last?
I just drank 6 1/2 cups ( not shells) and im roasted as hell.better than alcohol imo.

Agreed I have no urge to drink at the end of my day just don't do it daily and make it a habit that'll get expensive.

I started using kava last October and have stayed a pretty moderate user and only on Friday and Saturday nights. I started straining about 6 to 8 tbsp and mix it with juice. About a 2 to 1 ratio. So 2 parts juice 1 part kava. After a couple of months my tolerance allowed me to go to 9 to 10 tbsp and the same amount of juice. But I overdid it last weekend and had kava 3 days in a row at 10 to 11 tbsp a night and have been feeling drained, slightly erratic at times and some mild to moderate anxiety. Most likely over did it. I think I know what not to do in the future.

@@JessicaNortonND nah shel probably take it away for drug seeking behavior maybe not shes shown me shes cool. But it definitely did increase the Xanax. After like 3 full syringes of the herb pharm kava added to some tea and ..wow.stromger than kratom honestly

Seems like everything is banned in the UK. Guns, knives, research chemicals, cannabis, and just about every fun thing is banned.
