WHY YOU SHOULD REPACK YOUR MUFFLER! Big Gun Evo-r

Muffler repacking on a XR650L after 10,000miles of on road use. Testing the dB rating before and after but had no change in volume just tone. The tone was notably tighter and better sounding.

good video, you could indicate the replacement product you used for that exhaust, more specifically with a link on ebay or amazon to be able to buy it since it looks good quality or what material it is.

We had to seal near the end of the exhaust with a little jb weld later on because the packing started to blow out the exhaust but after sealing it has been perfect. Thanks for watching 🤙🏼

Was pretty cold tht day doesnt smoke normally. Could be your oil level but does yours smoke like tht after warming up?

Its called stainless steel safety wire/lock wire. We used .039 size but anything similar size will work. Here are affiliate links i added to the description to the wire and tool. You could also pick them up from your local harbor freight for cheaper!
