Hi!!! can you please help me? my protrait is recognizing the registration marks and displays "ready" but it never starts cutting! it stays in place. (not even pretending to cut) and it simply says "cutting complete."
Ok now I confident to buy this machine because not too costly and almost the same feature like the other brand. But may I know is there any problem connected with wire? Because someone said it is better connect with Bluetooth rather than wire
Hello there! I am so sorry for the late reply, but overall I have been using it with usb/wired connection and no problem at all, and I think I am more comfortable with wired connection as Bluetooth or wireless can suddenly lost the connection during the process :'(
@@jellythebouncy Ooo because I saw some of the comments from online shopping that better bluetooth connection rather than wired, if wired always lost connection
@@HafizzHasan yaa maybe it depends, wireless can be useful at some point, so if you are planning to buy this device, you can choose the one that already has Bluetooth feature, so you can change to wired or Bluetooth anytime :D

Hello! Sorry for the late reply :'( Anyway, can i know which part of setting do you want to know ya? and can i know the exact problem you are facing? is it like mine? they don't cut correctly on the images printed?
@@qarianamasowari7811 for my case, it doesnt cut correctly always due to the registry points (the small square and 2 L shape at the corners), sometimes my silhouette read them wrongly and end up it cut not as what i expected :( and as for the not fully cut thru, you can try to set the force about 14 - 17 and for the blade number, try to use blade number 3 or higher, bcs the higher value of these two, the deeper the cut is :D

I have issues with silhouette studio. The print is showing jagged and uneven line. Looks line it was sliced 😔
Double click the red line on the picture and point editing bar will show up, just press simplify. Thats my way of doing it

jelly. Yes! They don’t cut correctly and also, sometimes it does not fully cut thru too :(
