I use the ordinary's 10% niacinamide serum daily and my skin has never had a problem with that! I'd personally not buy a serum with less niacinamide cause.... how would that be better?
Because niacinamide studies show that generally people have the same results with 5% and it’s a lot gentler on the skin than 10% so it’s less irritation with the same efficacy If you think you get more effect with 10% than 5% though you could be an outlier but just do what your dermatologist recommends for you
@@mothmanlol6263The studies were not done with 5% but with 2%-5%. Plus studies give the global result only which means that the result is always gone be different from a person to another. Where the thermal waters of La Roche Posay originate La Roche Posay is a very small and charming village on the outskirts of Paris, in the heart of the French countryside. It is easily accessible by train from Montparnasse station. The town has been known since the early 1900s for the presence of healing thermal springs that were already used to benefit the skin. Today it has become the most important European thermal dermatology center. Every year it welcomes an average of 8,000 patients to treat dermatological conditions such as psoriasis, atopy, eczema, and burns with its waters. Scientific research has also proven that the exceptional virtues of La Roche Posay water also bring relief in post-therapy recovery treatments for cancer patients, as it reduces the skin effects related to chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The secret lies in its purity and concentration of minerals that rebalance the skin microbiome, that is, the universe of “good” bacteria present on the epidermis. It is a naturally restorative, soothing, softening and anti-oxidant water that is used in cosmetics and pharmacology. Due to the proven effectiveness of its properties, spa treatments at the spa are reimbursed by the French health system. The La Roche-Posay water production plant In addition to being a spa, there is also the La Roche Posay factory attached where the cosmetics of the line are produced. It is possible to attend make-up workshops organized in the laboratories where the make-up of the La Roche Posay line is tested, from foundations to eye shadows capable of correcting and recovering serious skin imperfections, such as acne-pocked skin. A relief to regain self-confidence and feel more beautiful. The visit to the factory allows you to witness the production processes. The flagship product is the thermal water spray from La Roche Posay, which is bottled directly from the springs, without any additives. It is a pure water that soothes the sensation of heat and burning caused by sunburn, but can also be used as a make-up remover or to cool down... and can be drunk like any other water.
I am a little confused 😐- I am sure she recommended their triple action moisturizer. It has niacinamide in it . Then she kind of poo poos the thermal water ? That is in most of their products. I am a little concerned and confused by this post 😢.

I use the ordinary's 10% niacinamide serum daily and my skin has never had a problem with that! I'd personally not buy a serum with less niacinamide cause.... how would that be better?
Because niacinamide studies show that generally people have the same results with 5% and it’s a lot gentler on the skin than 10% so it’s less irritation with the same efficacy
If you think you get more effect with 10% than 5% though you could be an outlier but just do what your dermatologist recommends for you
@@mothmanlol6263The studies were not done with 5% but with 2%-5%. Plus studies give the global result only which means that the result is always gone be different from a person to another. We don't have the study to look at exactly how it work for each individual. 10%niacinamide became a popular concentration due to the organic success of the niacinamide 10% from the Ordinary which is still a best seller so clearly many people have no problem with it. Not all ingredients or concentration of ingredients will work the same kn everyone. My skin is very sensitive (I can't use vitC serum, or glycolic acid serum, or anything with fragrance or drying alcohol because it irritates my skin) but my skin has no issue with a 10% niacinamide.
Please make more videos in Spanish. Not only your spanish is beautiful! But also you're soo eloquent and to the point, and there are not mamy people AT ALL doing videos like this in spanish. Porfaaa
Love it!
Niacinamide is really hard for my skin to tolerate! Feels like it is in everything. Good tip abt 5%
I have the 10% Niacinamide (and zink) from the ordinary. And I can only use it for spot treatment. It's so strong when I apply it to my whole face, that my face stings for 24h even when I use moisturizer first.
Cosmetic Niacinamide is from a soy source?
Niacinimide literally makes me break out in hives. It’s literally the only ingredient that does that to me. No matter the percentage
La Roche isn't even made in Europe as many people think by the name. It's made in New York I believe, so I'm sure there's more chemicals in it too. I do use their cleanser for sensitive skin but I stopped with their sunscreen because of the chemicals, I prefer just a zinc oxide with a couple of actives in it and a universal tint. Love your videos!!
The brand headquarters are in New York, now I believe..but, the products are still manufactured in France.
this was my first b3 and it didn't give me an inflammation so i think they figured out the formula well
Anyone with skin of colour find it good?
Can anyone tell me why she doesn't like hyaluronic acid??
You'd have to watch her videos! She explains it at length in one of them about HA.
@@luciea7201you could’ve literally just explained why since you obviously watched the video, nobody is going to watch a video for an explanation that can easily be provided
Because it's just in everything
Niacinamide causes my rosacea to go insane. Learned that the hard way by trying out Elta md sunscreen.
Those bracelets where are they frol
I’m still struggling to find something to use on rosacea, combo sensitive skin. I end up like a lobster with most products
Beautiful outfit 😍 Oooh La Roche Posay, after the niacinamide 10 % and the hyaluronics they feel the need to add Thermal spring Waters 🙄🤣🤣
So very Vichy of them 😂
Their skincare has always been based on thermal water 💦
@@SA-ey6ntthey have always been based on spring water.
Where the thermal waters of La Roche Posay originate
La Roche Posay is a very small and charming village on the outskirts of Paris, in the heart of the French countryside.
The La Roche-Posay water production plant
In addition to being a spa, there is also the La Roche Posay factory attached where the cosmetics of the line are produced.
Well said!
I am a little confused 😐- I am sure she recommended their triple action moisturizer. It has niacinamide in it . Then she kind of poo poos the thermal water ? That is in most of their products. I am a little concerned and confused by this post 😢.
La roche posay facewash - could only use it as hand soap. It dried my facial skin so bad
LRP serums are generally not worth it. The ingredients are mid compared to higher end skincare brands but they cost as much as higher end brands.
I don't understand why you don't like this product. You made sound like Hyaluronic acid is so bad?! And Niacinamide is also good, you just need to be aware if you're sensitive to it.
10% niacinamide is way too much for my skin 😢
My Derm likes this
My T zone likes 10% niacinamide
Please make more products because my skin loves your shit… ❤
I used the whole bottle and it did nothing to my skin
I stopped buying dropper bottles after I settled down the Kiehl’s Midnight recovery bottle on the stand and with my hands still slippery from spreading product on my face, I tried to screw it back, but it slipped and the glass bottle shattered everywhere. Goodbye expensive product. Never buying you again 🎉🎉🎉
Yeeeaahhhh that's not the drooers fault, just put it back and when your hands are clean close it
I've only heard it from u 😅
My face does not respond well to 10% Niacinamide so this product is a no for me I guess.
Who knows the % of L'Oréal melasyl and La Posay Roche mela B?
❤❤❤❤
Niacinamide makes my skin dehydrated af
Literally my skin cannot handle niacinamide whatsoever, that would destroy my skin
Thanks lady gaga 😂😂
Yeah I can't tolerate a lot of Niacinamide.
Waste of a nightime routine. How many times I've thought that way.😅
lol!
You should get more informed before criticizing
They test on animals though
Too much niacinamide, I cant use it.
Niacinamide AND Hyaluronic Acid….two things my skin hates. I’ll give this a miss
I can tolerate 10% Niacinamide all day but add a tiny bit of Vitamin C and my skin explodes.
Got a sample from my Derm. Did not like that it has fragrance 👎
Yeah that got lots of money, overpriced products & the WORST Customer Service!! We can’t keep promoting & buying from companies that do this. Maybe I’m the only one, but I doubt it.
I hate their dropper. 😢
