Every Decisive Battle theme gives a sense of both nostalgia and coolness and this one is no exception. They combined the Pokémon League and Diantha's perfectly. They're doing a great job in this game with Diantha's personality, something that she needed desperately, I'm glad they're giving her some respect
@@plusultrasaiyan7416 I loved it too. They really solidified her as a champion who likes battling just like everyone else. The fact she stayed to watch the battle between ash and Leon and commented on the battle as well as the small conversations with Cynthia highlighted the respect they have for each other. Also, they added great backstory about her and her Gardevoir.
I honestly love how Pokemon Masters gave Diantha a character growth the XY game lacks. Tho it would be more accurate to say DeNA gave Diantha a character growth based on the absense of Diantha in the main plot. She felt like wanting to help trainers to improve more ever since she helped out Iris's self esteem, as she never helped out others much back then and only care about her self improving as an actress and champion. As Lance said: "It's never too late. You can start with whoever needs you the most." Her world did expand since then, hence that's why she has the "grown woman" theme skill (the big sister who looks after others). The fact that she is directly involved with the Kalos villain arc now is another big step for her. She really feels like a champion and a role model in this game.
Oh, I LOVE this. The Kalos League theme in the background, driving the chord progressions even with Diantha's battle theme taking the forefront, gives this song such an intimidating presence.
I love how this feels like a grand battle against a Champion, an epic remix, and even a bit of Team Flare inspiration thrown in. These songs really are just a love letter to X and Y, which makes me VERY happy since those were my first Pokémon games.
Diantha is so beautiful and her remixed theme is really fit for her!🤩🤩 Besides the pink background of her room in kalos pokémon league is simply cute!💖
banger. xy pokemon league is one of the best themes in the game, and its mixed amazingly with Diantha's theme also, 0:32 - 0:39 may be one of the best sections in a Masters theme, I LOVE IT so much, and am I the only one gettin Malie City vibes right afterwards? (0:39 )
While I can't say I have many good memories of XY, this is just a brilliant remix of the League and Diantha's theme; the latter being my favorite of the whole soundtrack, so I'm always hyped to see another remix for it. It really captures Diantha's light, almost angelic motif. Am curious, though; is there some kind of schedule for the MP3s to be included in the download? Masters puts out a ton of bangers pretty often, but that list hasn't been updated since before the Hoenn League, even though I'd love to listen to this song and N's Decisive theme more easily than pulling out TH-cam every time.
Now that we are getting a Legends Z-A, I wonder if we'll get a male evil Diantha counterpart (ancestor/descendent) with this battle theme and a Diancie...
I would love this; this is exactly how I imagine a battle like that sounding like. Maybe instead of a villain like Volo we can have a more anti-hero Diantha counterpart since in XY she was always portrayed as kind of indecisive on some aspects of how Team Flare saw beauty
@@CuauhAkumaCould you imagine if this person was an ancestor of Diantha but has Lysandre's personality like Volo was the ancestor of Cynthia but had Cyrus' personality?
@@KurapikachuRthe thing is that Cynthia's theme is not just hint to Volo, but that he was also related to Cynthia. If there are more Leyend games in the future we have to listen to the new champions themes in Masters since like Cynthia it could be a hint to future villains of the past.
Considering X/Y anistar mystery remains untouched iirc. I'd like imagine a plot where after you bet league Diantha & AZ, Diantha rises again with new crisis together with diancie utillizing the giant crystal. With her being the final boss once again but actually challenging and special rule (you and her pokemon all can mega evolve). like how they did with professor Gigachad AI in SV. (Instead of geeta, because we know how dissapointing she is) Edit: OH GOD ITS HAPPENING
Or a Legends game with an ancestor of Diantha using Mega Diancie to achive the Mega Evolution for their evil plans, using Anistar's pink Crystal or maybe being responsable for it's creation.
I think that's more the fault of the original arrangement than anything done in the remix. The League related battle themes (Gym, E4, Champion) were all pretty sparse as far as melodies go, opting for something that was sort of close to the idea of Colosseum's focus on long synth chords, but without anything else filling the space between those chord shifts. With that and the fact that this is one of the 'Decisive' battle themes in mind, there's only so much they can do to add more to it without going so far away from the original piece that it may as well be a new song like the themes for Blue or Wallace.
Ok, I like this theme, but holy shit the blue balls from the lack of orchestral hits at the beginning makes this unbearable to listen to, I'm sorry, but the buildup for just a couple of light notes messes with me
This is incredibly dull and disappointing compared to all the other decisive battle remixes. In a way I suppose it's befitting of the most forgettable, least cared about generation of Pokémon games.
Something about one of the more horn like sound fonts in this is REALLY giving off gen 4 vibes, and another part giving off gen 5 vibes and I really like it

Not really, but it’s an amazing theme
Nostalgia hurts me as my first generation I've discovered :') , this is just a masterpiece for me , love the combinaison of modernity and memories ^^
At 00:42 this song basically becomes a Touhou boss theme in the best ways possible and I’m honestly all here for it. 😂
It kinda sounds like Doremy theme
i totally hear it
Oh shoot
Diantha got the justice she deserves
By far this has to be the best decisive theme. It literally shouts “Step aside, you’re in the way of the Champion.”
In Kalos style lemme remind you ✨️✨️✨️

I was absolutely astonished by the intro. My favourite theme in pokemon is the kalos pokemon league, and I love that it was used here.
i love the callback to the league theme and the key changes this has to be one of my favorite decisive themes thus far
This is such a beautiful theme. Love it so much!
0:40 We all know Diantha's soft personality but man! The drums are killing this theme. Unsung hero instruments-wise!
this goes super hard
Gonna keep an eye on this considering what happened with this game’s soundtrack and Volo
Smart. It's unlikely, since this was probably long before they had even considered returning to Kalos, but it's always good to keep your ears open.

I'm still waiting to be able to download the .OGGs.
Diantha heard the haters calling her weak on the cracked exp share mechanic, and she came back empress mode
SO glad they found a place for the bells. i was genuinely pissed that wasn't in her first theme, it was the best part of the OG...

imagine if the twist villain is like. female trevor, completely out of left field. wouldn't that be hilarious?
00:32 - Stop playing dumb.
0:42 - TIME FOR THE FINALS!
LA FINALISSIMA!!!
From Zero to Hero, Diantha be reigning like a Palafin!
An intimidating, yet majestic presence✨️
Considering volo’s theme and it’s similarity to renegade Cynthia’s theme I’m squinting real hard at this arrangement for Legends: Z-A
Legends Z-A with an evil Diantha male counterpart with this team os what I want!!!
@@CuauhAkumaCould you imagine if this person was an ancestor of Diantha but has Lysandre's personality like Volo was the ancestor of Cynthia but had Cyrus' personality?
@@SolaricSage116 yeah probably, this Diantha ancestor is crazy and wants to destroy humanity as they "destroy" tje natural beautiful world of Pokemon.
I think pokemon za will be in the future
I have spent a stupid amount of gems just to get this theme!!
3:50 - 3:55 ❤️
This sounds like it has the chicken dance in it
last time Cynthia's latest theme was a subtle tease at Volo.
i wonder what is this Diantha hinting at now.
HMMMM!
too bad, people dont really check Pokemon Masters videos and stuff. :(
I'm sorry, but neither Giovanni's nor Steven's nor N's desicive theme did tease anything. So i wouldn't hope for too much.
Hopefully a new villain for future Legends games

i cant unhear it now lmao
I'm gonna try my best to cop her
her og battle theme is better but this is still good
That costume reminds me of Roman holiday
The leaked Pokémon Z champion themes goes hard
1:08
Kalos villain activated?
Yup villain arc coming
0:42 when the Zunpets kicks in
"Crystal Sign ~ Faerie's Revelation"
Hearing this makes me desire lance s with a New theme
XY, KALOS, 6th Best fucking region.
She doesn’t matter to become older as an actress and a trainer
Unlike Lysandre
Definitely sounds better than her original X/Y song.
Oh look another champion i won’t get lol 😢
Wonder why Cyrus didn't get a decisive theme.
Because of Renegade Cynthia
Aside from N, all Decisive battle themes have been for the Champions.
@@CuauhAkuma
N was technically a champion

Cyrus didn't get an ss theme. But he has a different theme in the darkrai fight that I can't find anywhere else
