I loved that leg compression thing! They never sent one home with me :( But they're awesome, had them after/during both C-sections, after my gallbladder surgery and after VSG. Looove it, haha! Oh, and yeah, the sitting up, standing up, reclining, coughing etc... standard for all the stomach surgeries, I don't think I ever even mentioned it, I must've been too used to it after so many surgeries on my belly, lol!! And yeah, my full feeling was up by my sternum, so weird. Nothing like being full before surgery. I believe you'll get used to it in time, it just becomes a new "normal." You've seem to have some energy, love it! So happy you made it on the loser's bench!

+sleevefortink Thank you and I am so happy to be on the losers bench officially. Ya I was a little shocked about my abs being so sore but I have never had any surgeries on my abdomen. You women who have had c-sections are freaken warriors to me because that stomach pain was rough. My energy level come in spurts right now but for the most part I am not to exhausted like I was in my first video after surgery. Hope all is well and have a wonderful day!!

Cassy LeeAnn I felt like the surgery physically was a breeze compared to C-Sections, haha!! Then again, maybe each time you're cut open it hurts a bit less? Your energy will normalize soon, it all gets better from here :) Hope all is well for you too!!
