Corporate law much is a better option than becoming a litigation lawyer, in litigation lawyers especially in the initial years, where you may not earn more than your traveling expenses and after 4-5 years you'll just get little experience and you'll not have clients for making clients also you have to spend 2-3 years that's too on your luck . It's advisable to start as a corporate lawyer, gain experience for 2-5 years, and then consider switching to another company for a salary increment. This path can lead to a more stable and settled career. If you are a first-generation lawyer or not financially sound, it's wise to prioritize corporate law over litigation.

Litigation any day over majdoori of law firms. Firms will pay you good initially but after 4-5 years they also want something of their own like Advocates in litigation have. Freedom, peace and khud ka Bose. Jo confidence litigation se milta he vo ek office me Beth ke nahi aata. Also in law firms you’re making the boss richer while you will be stuck at 50-60 k always. Top law firms me aur thodi acchi mil jaygi salary but vo aapko khud kuch nhi karne denge. You will always be their junior lol

Yes, you can practice in a high court after completing your law degree and obtaining your sanad (advocate bar license), but it's essential to have substantial experience in high court practice. Arguing before a high court judge is a challenging task. Every word you utter before the high court can significantly impact the client's case, far more than in lower courts. Better join HC practicing lawyer take experience and start your practice. All the best.
