    Very good. We have the solution, and it's the customer that should tell us why they really want to change. Because for us to make the solution a reality we need them to want to change, so it's our duty to help them relive the pain of their problems and what that is causing them to lose. As soon as I feel like they are putting me in a spot of me being dependent on them, I step back and I take back the control. For example where they ask me to convince them by telling me what I do etc etc, I'm not trying to pitch myself, I am trying to understand THEM, and me pitching my company is going in the way for any understanding of their situation.
