Nailed it!! I'm from the UK and left in 2012....Misery loves company and the UK will drain you of ambition!
@@AndrewChee-o5s misery loves company that’s an unbelievable phrase! Agreed mate
You are a great guy, Sol. I am cheering you on. Would be great to meet.
@ps89jk24 Great content mate...I've been trying to persuade my friends to leave for years but everyone's circumstances are different and not everyone has the courage or ability to take the leap of faith!! Great that you're spreading the word...hopefully you'll change a few lives for the better!!
Very true Sol, well said - you know you are doing well in the UK when everyone complains about what you are doing.
Love your videos mate! Keep it up!
@danielhardcastle4362 thanks Dan, stay safe👍
Thanks mate and appreciated from someone killing it on TH-cam!
I left the UK in 2012 my visa ran so went back to the UK so I could request for a new visa met my now wife while back in the UK went back out of the UK in 2016 with her as had to convince her for few years both to get a visa and travel, loved it in New Zealand which is where I spent most of my time on my first visa out of the country. When the visa ran out again in 2016 my wife said she loved it in New Zealand but said she wants to stay and be close to her family in the UK. I now live in Cardiff as this is where my wife is from and cannot convince my wife now to leave the UK and I had to move from the north west of England so she can be close to her family. I also cannot say Cardiff is that great of place to be either. In which people I've meet over the years while travelling from the UK I've and said they are still out their I've told if you can stay out there don't come back as the UK is completely broken.🤷
@@DRK1785 agreed my friend!
I’ve made millions here, I love the Uk, but it’s turned into a miserable hellhole. I’ll be moved into my new house in Nashville by April.
Comedian said:
“Elon musk says he gonna colonise mars. Everyone round him says BRO you’re gonna do it, they’re gonna build statues of you bro, you’re gonna save humanity man!!!.”
Then he says if Elon was born in the UK he’d be fked because he’d say “I’m gonna colonise mars” and all he’d get is “shut up you mug”.
Sums it up perfectly.
amen to this very good stuff. Thanks for the comment
This topic really hits home, I left the UK too and posted a video about my experience
Yes it is true, in the United Kingdom there is a big drinking culture but it cannot be generalized, no one is going to force you to drink or go to a club and if you don't like drinking you probably shouldn't hang out with people like that, in the UK there are thousands of people who don't drink, that's probably the type of people you should be hanging out with
I was being called out by my manager for not wanting to "socialize " ie go pub a few years back.😂😂 But I think the younger generations away from all that tbh.
Great points
Hoping you find the changes and success you seek
Thanks Austin!
My dream life would be 6 months in China, 4 months in the UK and 2 months of travelling. The UK has the nicest summers with such lovely long days and not being super hot. But the rest of the year is pish and many people are crabs in the bucket. They don't want to see others do well, just want to feel better about their own inaction. And don't get me started on the obesity epidemic, it's so bad and most people just go "yeah it's bad" then back to sculling bevvies, knock back more ultra processed rubbish.
Not sold on dubai as the place to go to, don't think it's for me but hope you're enjoying it boss.
Earned a sub :)

Get rid of the current toxic incompetent government and employ someone who has actually built businesses from the ground up that knows what is needed to drive growth in our economy, its not difficult!
interesting take - is that what the US have done?
@@solhyde word 4 word but that doesn’t always turn out the right way, it’s almost like they’re all self aware😐 idiots for show
Careful you dont catch skin cancer out there ginge!
You frighten me not wearing SPF sunblock.
UK has better conditions for your skin but all that alcohol is terrible for the rest of your being
The UK is a miserable place to live. People here hate winners and love an underdog. The weather is sh*t almost all year round, and people are selfish and lazy.
Please please please
