@@HealthCores honestly I I haven't lived in anywhere else other than my own country Iran and I had this discussion with a friend of mine or how great United States is I said yeah it's great if you want to work your ass to grave and own things partially till you are gray and your balls don't work yeah it's great.
When I look at my own society now people don't have much but they are in the streets talking smiling a lot of people are dating of course in their unique Islamic way streets of bustling.
Other than New York City if you go into any Metro in the United States past 5:00 p.m. nobody's there The reason is.
They work their asses off when jobs were available that is and they went home buying a wonderbread with some cold cuts laying around with a bottle of beer waiting tomorrow to get molested all over by the corporations.
This was when they were plenty of jobs not now it's four words.
I'm thinking of going back I don't need a house by the time I'm 75 to pay it off and then have hypertension, congestive heart failure, chronic kidney disease, erectile dysfunction,
      To enjoy a house.
I wish I never came here but soon this horror show would be ending for me at least.

Every day being SATURDAY gets OLD. Retire for a few years and it becomes evident. The key is to really (not give a damn inside about whatever job you're at) Let all that stress go. Don't worry about being fired or whatever. It's sooooooo much easier. In your later years work part-time if you feel like it. Full time is torture. The end.

@plutoplatters I tend to think same when pondering meaning.. and existence itself. Maybe the Source (God, etc.) gets bored with itself. It is after all.. ONE. As in ALL ONE...A(l)LONE. So here "we" are. 🤷‍♂️
      Like Alan Watts said:
Let's suppose that you were able every night to dream any dream that you wanted to dream. And that you could, for example, have the power within one night to dream 75 years of time. Or any length of time you wanted to have. And you would, naturally as you began on this adventure of dreams, you would fulfill all your wishes.
You would have every kind of pleasure you could conceive. And after several nights of 75 years of total pleasure each, you would say "Well, that was pretty great." But now let's have a surprise.
Let's have a dream which isn't under control. Where something is gonna happen to me that I don't know what it's going to be. And you would dig that and come out of that and say "Wow, that was a close shave, wasn't it?" And then you would get more and more adventurous, and you would make further and further out gambles as to what you would dream.
And finally, you would dream ... where you are now. You would dream the dream of living the life that you are actually living today.
That would be within the infinite multiplicity of choices you would have. Of playing that you weren't God, because the whole nature of the godhead, according to this idea, is to play that he is not.
So in this idea then, everybody is fundamentally the ultimate reality, not God in a politically kingly sense, but god in the sense of being the self, the deep-down basic whatever there is. And you are all that, only you are pretending you are not. 🙃✌️

      @islamisthetruewaytogod6812 หลายเดือนก่อน

Hello ! May Allah protect and guide you to his light and happiness in this life and the hereafter, God bless, Ameen. Excuse me for giving a little presentation of Islam, because it is very misunderstood nowadays, especially on those « Antichrist's » times, where media and politics are mixed to distort history and truth. And terrorists (puppets of the Antichrist) who misinterpret verses, out of ignorance and political motivations, and take them out of historical context (just like radical atheists do by the way) don't help either. Thank you very much for your time.
First of all, if you have any questions regarding Islam and yourself, just open the Quran randomly, and you will find the answer in front of you, like a miracle and a sign from God.

Islam is an arabic word that means the Surrender to the One and Only God, our Creator, Protector, Provider, who gives us life and all that we have, we are safe and sound by his will and grace, we are His and to Him we return, and we have to thank him in this trial life by submitting to him by our free will, or later in the Day of judgment when it's too late to save our own skin. Islam was the original Religion descended to earth from heaven with Adam and Eve (peace and blessing be upon them) in the beginning of humanity. and was passed to people with the succession of the 124 000 prophets and 315 messengers of God to all nations and civilizations since, passing by Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Ismaël, Joseph, Moses, Aaron, Joshua, David, Solomon and Jesus (Peace and blessing be upon them) during the history of mankind, the last replaces and completes the previous, until the succession of the last messenger of God fourteen centuries ago, Muhammad (Peace and blessing be upon him) to complete the noble morals of all mankind, to bring humans and jinns out of darkness into light, and to purify people's religion and belief from corruption and polytheism, and return it to purity and true monotheism, like it was in the times of the prophets (Peace and blessing be upon them).
Many Religions that we know nowadays, at their beginning were true and under Islam, initiated by one of the prophets of God, but their original teachings, history and scriptures have been corrupted over time with falsification and polytheism, or lost and replaced with false ones. That's why Islam is the only Religion accepted by God nowadays, which consists in bearing witness that there is no god besides Allah (God in Aramaic, the original language of Jesus and the Gospel), and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, just like Jesus and Moses and others are His servants and messengers. Never a messenger of God said he was God or literally son of God, it was the people after him who changed the words of God and corrupted the Religion. God is unique and absolute, He does not need to have a family and sons or to associate anyone else with His kingdom, He can simply create whatever He wants, everything belongs to Him, and to Him everything will return. Allah said in Surah Al-Mu’minun : “God has never begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Otherwise, each god would have taken away what it has created, and some of them would have gained supremacy over others. Glory be to God, far beyond what they describe. The Knower of the hidden and the manifest. He is exalted, far above what they associate. (91-92 / Translated by ITANI).
Allah means the one and only God, the God of all prophets and creatures, the creator of the universe and mankind, and the Master of the Day of judgment, where our destiny, Hell or Paradise, is decided based on our faith and deeds in this trial life, and above all, Allah's mercy.
Allah said in Surah Al-Ikhlas : In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful.
Say, “He is God, the One. God, the Absolute. He begets not, nor was He begotten. And there is none comparable to Him.” (1-4 / Translated by ITANI).
Allah said in Surah An-Nisa : O FOLLOWERS of the Gospel! Do not overstep the bounds [of truth] in your religious beliefs, and do not say of God anything but the truth. The Christ Jesus, son of Mary, was but God's Apostle - [the fulfilment of] His promise which He had conveyed unto Mary - and a soul created by Him. Believe, then, in God and His apostles, and do not say, "[God is] a trinity". Desist [from this assertion] for your own good. God is but One God; utterly remote is He, in His glory, from having a son: unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth; and none is as worthy of trust as God. Never did the Christ feel too proud to be God's servant, nor do the angels who are near unto Him. And those who feel too proud to serve Him and glory in their arrogance [should know that on Judgment Day] He will gather them all unto Himself: (171-172 / Translated by Muhammad Asad).
Allah the Most Merciful said in Surah Ali-Imran : Behold, the only [true] religion in the sight of God is [man's] self-surrender unto Him; and those who were vouchsafed revelation aforetime took, out of mutual jealousy, to divergent views [on this point] only after knowledge [thereof] had come unto them. But as for him who denies the truth of God's messages - behold, God is swift in reckoning!
Thus, [O Prophet,] if they argue with thee, say, "I have surrendered my whole being unto God, and [so have] all who follow me!" - and ask those who have been vouchsafed revelation aforetime, as well as all unlettered people, "Have you [too] surrendered yourselves unto Him?" And if they surrender themselves unto Him, they are on the right path; but if they turn away - behold, thy duty is no more than to deliver the message: for God sees all that is in [the hearts of] His creatures.
Verily, as for those who deny the truth of God's messages, and slay the prophets against all right, and slay people who enjoin equity - announce unto them a grievous chastisement.
It is they whose works shall come to nought both in this world and in the life to come; and they shall have none to succour them.
(19-22 / Translated by Muhammad Asad)..
God said : Say, “We believe in Allah, and in what was revealed to us, and in what was revealed to Abraham, and Ishmael, and Isaac, and Jacob, and the Patriarchs, and in what was given to Moses and Jesus, and in what was given to the prophets from their Lord. We do not differentiate between any of them. And to Him, we surrender.”
      (2:136 / Translated by Community)

Time is not real. It’s a concept. Yesterday is not real, it does not exist. Only in our head. It’s a thought. Tomorrow is not real, it’s also a thought. The future can be hope, anxiety, a plan, a deadline. All not real, all in our head. The only thing that is real is the present. The concept of time can force us to live in our head and we will never be fully present or conscious living in that space. Living for tomorrow is a curse and a lie. You are alive today. Also, we only have 1 birthday, the day we are born. We are ageless. Great video and blessings to you on your journey.

The sun is always burning bright all around the world any time we keep track of is determinedly detrimental to the human species, filtering our motion to clocks and such being great problems to figuring out the way around proof such as science, for simple proof the first moment of our day starts with this science by the clock every count is not in minutes or seconds. Some things are outside of our grasp and one of those things is how we are just rusting and rotting away from lower pH over time. We are made to crave junk and keep a rhythm with minutes hours days weeks months just doing the same thing to our body and it wants to give us up before we do it a favor and give up what we are doing. Eventually if everyone can learn that food is not as good as we are told and time is now and the real currency is the infinite currency in your very veins we would finally see why we do what we do and we would make what we all truly want in life. The only thing holding us back is what else could there be, if only we have time to figure it out..

6 years ago, after grinding hard for 40 years, I finally burned out. Self employed since 18 years old chasing the dream, married to a person who didn't love me back, supporting her the best that I could, house 1 block from a private country club, nice SUV's, 2 vacations a year and financially supported her family as well and then Covid arrived. My business took a hit, my covert narcissist wife who is now my ex pushed me harder instead of offering support so, I filed for divorce and placed our house on the market. I've been doing nothing but reflect and learn since and although I do enjoy the down time, I have no intentions to fully stop pursuing my dreams but its good to finally take a rest.

Sorry brother. I could be reading my life story. Pretty much exactly what happened to me. I know the feeling. I don't know what comes first. The burn out or the realization that your wife doesn't really love you. But it happened to me too. Worked so hard I got a heart problem at 40. Kept on going. At 47 dystonia. Couldn't work anymore. Wife was somehow gone emotionally. Refused sex already for years. Eventually she stopped talking. Silent treatment for 3 years. Imagine that. She also looked down on me because I couldn't work as hard anymore. I tried though. Just couldn't do it anymore. Tried to solve it but she didn't want to. She filed for divorce. She took our business. Got rewarded a small sum in court but no energy to start again. Burn out will do that to you. Have to figure out a way to make it out of the bay area. Too expensive here. It will be the death of me.

      (2:136 / Translated by Community)

life itself is a trap. first leg up to mastering life is understanding propaganda is everywhere and you cannot avoid it. accept that everyone wants control of you so they can benefit. it’s not an evil exactly but can be if you allow others to continually manipulate you. after learning about propaganda and what it really is the next step is say to a healthy life is learning to maximize yourself awareness as your radar because the skills you need in life are equal to learning driving skills for the road. it’s not about winning or losing but more to do with your ability to navigate ups and downs so you can self regulate. sometimes you need people in your life to check you for that reason. to keep it short, my last tip is to understand that if you do the bare minimum that is average to everyone else around you on the same path. if you apply yourself seriously, you can be anywhere you want to be doing whatever you want to do. how you get there may vary, but if you continue to apply yourself you can get very far. i’ve had several careers working for top industries doing the jobs i set out to do even though i never made it apart of my goals to reach the income i thought was favorable in comparison to what i was willing to accept. i went from art college to hollywood vfx to working in home mortgage to wealth management. for me early on getting into the industry was a goal to try to hustle for money but over time i just accepted that my day job is going to fund what i want to do in my spare time. working on a movie or comic but on my own time. doing things my way. without someone else breathing down my neck. you can do a lot, just learn to build your world around yourself and understand what that really means because everything around you is changing and won’t wait for you.

The first time was on out 15 year anniversary. I fought to keep her the first time. Granted her wish the second time. Going thru and identity crisis. I let myself make bad financial decisions trying to keep my ex happy. I’m back on track financially now. 50/50 with the kids and focusing energy there but still lost on my purpose. I work. I workout every day. I don’t have any drive anymore though. Just kind of don’t see the point in the life we are told to lead.
I did the formula. School, college, get a job, marriage, kids, dog, house, cars. Blah blah and now I’m a statistic. I want to break out and go. I want to live differently than the “little boxes on the hillside, little boxes made of ticky tacky”. But I just don’t know. Not interested in another relationship. All end up the same. I can take them or leave them. I’m super content doing my own thing. Note. As a side effect of that - women want to be near you. They like to wait at the finish line for the winners. Not run the race with them. Definitely check out rich cooper. It changed my life and perspective. I still have my moments and it’s hard to unplug completely from old habits and conditioning. Totally agree and can empathize. As the Bible says in Ecclesiastes, “It’s all meaningless”. For true believers in Christ, our purpose can be found in Him. But, the world pushes us to chase things that are perishable and temporary, all the whilst we are deteriorating. The “American Dream” really becomes an endless nightmare. My wife always mentions how obsessed parents are with extra curriculars, missing out on so much quality time with their children, while keeping them “busy and productive”. Again, “meaningless”. Children remember quality time with us, not how many activities they were in, most of which they will leave behind with their adolescence. So much time wasted being a paid slave 🤦‍♂️. We are done with that life, ourselves. We are done just “existing”. Time to LIVE.
May Jesus reveal (to you) your next steps and journey, going forward. It’s a blessing that your eyes have been opened. Happy Birthday!

Sure, prior to leaving the work world at 57 I had those moments BUT, I was clinging to them. Not anymore, these moments of staring at the sky, not having to be anywhere are no longer rushed or clung to, they are part of me. Money issues rear their head sometimes but that was the trade off. The mental and physical stress I’ve endured took its toll. Yes, tired of the rat race. I found a little slice of life. Hope it’s lasts.

And everyone is on their own journey in life and I got to the stage where I don’t give a fuck what people think so long as I’m happy and getting on with it , I’m not really a inspirational quote type of person but two things I go by.

Man... I'm 45. I went through a similar experience about a year ago. I had been in the same industry for 18 years, the same job for 13. Time at my current job had come to a close. Six months before that, I had started a new relationship with a woman with a small daughter. I also have a daughter, who is now 14... I love her so much. I cherish, more than any single thing, the years when she was young. In 2015, I had a goal to take prerequisites to eventually get into PA school...I went for two semesters, giving it everything I could, a time which meant I had to tell my 5 year old daughter "no" when she wanted to spend time with me. After those two semesters, which I attacked full bore, shooting for straight A's, while being a full time medical device rep, I didn't want to do it anymore. I chose a relationship with my daughter over going to school and a future career as a PA. That is one decision I have never regretted... I loved every damn minute I spent with my daughter. It was the best time in my whole life. Then Covid hit, and before I knew it, she stopped being a little girl. Now, she's 14, and is mostly at her Mom's (I get her a whole 4 days a month).
But, back to 18 months ago, I thought that by focusing on my new partner and her daughter, I was doing the right thing. I helped her through a custody battle, and did what I believed were the right things that a good man should do. Despite all of the effort, she ended things a little over a month ago. It hit me incredibly hard. Some of the worst pain of my life losing her, and that little girl, who by that time had long since started calling me Dad.
Going from having a family to being totally alone, has been a kind of pain I never thought I'd experience at this stage of my life. I miss them so much. But, also, being alone, has forced me to confront myself, and where I am in life. It has forced me to be honest about the changing role of men in relationships, and in the workplace. Where I live, there aren't many opportunities in the job market... It has been a long stare into the great abyss... facing the reality that, a man, once he no longer produces, is disposable. Our culture is so fixated on women and opportunities equaling that of men.. I don't think it pays any attention to men. It's "adapt or survive"... and in life, sometimes that means choosing between being the father you want to be for 4 days a month, or forsaking that for an opportunity at something different. So much of my purpose was taking care of the girls in my life... but, I discovered that my value to them was only as much as I earned. That is an incredibly painful thing to come to terms with. But, it's also freeing, to a point. I don't know what I'm going to do, exactly. But, like you, I want it to be something that pushes me to do it with vigor and passion... traditionally that has meant other people. Now, I am faced with doing for myself and only myself..and as much as I want others to motivate me, that simply isn't an option.
One bit of advice: spend as much time as possible with your daughter. You'll never regret it. Ever. It does go so quickly... soak up all of it you can.... time with her, and your wife... indulge in it. You just never know when life is going to come along and have its own plans with you.

I wish this story had a happy ending. But, my prime earning years are dwindling away, and as much as I would love to have financial & professional opportunities come my way, the reality in this state is I will very likely have to create them myself.
As for my daughter... She has been brainwashed like so many other young girls... and 4 days vs 26 with her Mom is... it's lip service. It's enough time for her Mom to say, "She sees her Dad", and then, when our relationship withers, she can tell our daughter, "I had the same experience with my Dad. I know how it is..." She is a sick woman. But, sick narcissistic people like herself will never admit they have a problem. They just ruin the lives of the people around them.

Then *she* leaves... and now, she's making our daughter into her... which is so incredibly sick...and Democrats control the fucking courts in this shit state. This is what it results in... Amazing chat bud. I’m only 22 but I can somewhat relate. University, my 4 internships, past dedications to university business clubs, and my part-time investment management job have led me to burn out. This whole time I followed the expectations of society and desired external validation. I ONLY JUST REALIZED NOW THAT EVERYTHING I HAVE DONE IN MY LIFE WAS NEVER ABOUT ME!!! It was about everyone else! I used to have so much fun learning new things until it became a matter of researching certain topics just so then I don’t seem boring to others. I’m too focused on what other people think about me that I cannot live my life properly. I just want to be me.
I also appreciate that quote about being empty before being full. I have to start over and assess what matters to me.
    1) Running long distances is one of my favourite things to do. Could only do 3km back in May and worked myself up to 21km by September. Going to sign up for a local half marathon once we get the chance
    2) Fingerstyle guitar is another hobby of mine. Unfortunately I’ve become too critical of myself during practice sessions for music theory. I need to tell myself that it’s ok to not know music theory inside out yet. Just play and have fun. When it’s not fun anymore, put it down!
    3) Growing plants. My family owns greenhouses and that’s how we’ve made our fortune. It’s a thankless job and doesn’t pay great but it’s what I love. Maybe I won’t be as respected as an investment banker, but that’s fine. - I can’t rely on external validation anymore. Talked things over with my dad after watching this video and decided I’m going to work there starting in March. This gives me some time to calm down and start from scratch.
Thanks so much man, you’ve helped me craft my next steps!

I think we all deserve a 2nd chance to live again. I hope you can find the time to spend with your family and rest more. We are just simply humans, after all.

What a great video. Self awareness is so important and we can relate. It's sad but very eye opening. Thank you for your transparency. Great video.

I think we get older and make enough mistakes so hopefully we don't do them again. Perhaps there is no wisdom without the pain?

This is a surreal mirror moment for me 💯 a year ago, I literally sat in that exact spot you're sitting at on a beach, and uttered the same words "I honestly don't know what the next chapter of my life is gonna look like" ... the rest is history! thank you for sharing this moment 🙏

I've been missing out until i become a father, i used to love leaving working places having reason to leave but now i wanna work hard for my family that means everything to me. Its not society that made me this way, I was always this way, I always wanted to be a father and I will do my very best to make sure my family is healthy and secure.
