You better get your paper ready because I'm going to teach you what are the 12 most health promoting foods and one is totally my favorite. That is going to help regeneration by regeneration, it means help to regenerate your organs to give them the energy to thrive and survive. And this is important. You've heard the term stem cells.
Well, today I'm going to explain what stem cells are, I'm going to share with you the 12 most stem cell producing foods, this is better than any medication you could buy. And we're going to look at two diet tips that you need to follow to keep the regeneration of your cells happening. And I'm going to share with you three avoids, yes, avoid these three things that I'm going to share with you so that your body can not only just heal, but it can age more slowly because we all can might see the aging cropping up a little bit faster sometimes.
Or also just understand and to recognize how God designed our cells to be a reflection of his love for us and they were designed to heal just as he has come into our life to help us heal both spiritually and physically. I just want to do a little primer on angiogenesis and stem cells. angiogenesis is where you have a new blood vessel that grows to help a healing process.
Or like in a tumor, it helps to give that that tumor a blood supply line. Same thing happens when you have conception and the baby needs an umbilical cord. But in your heart in your skin all throughout your body, you have angiogenesis taken place. So it's about a new blood vessel growing and that's what helps us to heal.
Stem cells are what helps our organs to actually be healthy and to thrive. Without stem cells, you're dead. There's no way around it, you're just dead. So we need to know how to care for our body. We hear many things about antioxidants, anti inflammatories, Anti angiogenesis, we all have that but it comes down to the stem cells is what actually creates that happening.
So for some fun things about stem cells, from the moment of conception, by day five, you already had 100 stem cells in your embryonic tissue forming you into the baby that God knew you before you were even conceived. I mean, that's just really amazing. So stem cells. So let's do some of the let's just go over the different systems, stem cells in your digestive system, your stem cells are what heal the microbiome within three to five days.
Next to that we have our lungs and our stomach eight days for our lungs to totally heal the lining of the of the lungs. That's how we heal from pneumonia and different chemicals that we breathe in smoking, you have to have a lot of stem cells to overcome the damage of smoking either secondhand smoke or firsthand smoke. And then your skin it takes two weeks to heal your skin. If you ever noticed it takes almost two weeks pretty much for a scar to to completely heal and to be done.
That's because it takes that long for the stem cells to regenerate. Then we go into our red blood cells, that's four months to replenish all of our red blood cells, our fat cells. Now this is where I really got a hang up on. It takes eight years to regenerate our bad cells. They just seem to hang out there. You know, I wish they would die off but they just seem to hang out there.
So when we eat specific foods that I'm going to share with you today I'm going to give you the top 12. What happens is it increases the number of stem cells and it increases the activity of the stem cells and as we age they get a little lazy so we need to do everything we can to stimulate our stem cells. But let's say you have an injury, you have an infection you need the stem cells to bring the healing to the infection

Basically I agree with this video. It's very important that stem cells can regenerate. What's not mentioned is that you don't want constant stem cell regeneration by constant eating because that leads to cancer regardless of how 'healthy' the so called food is. It's even worse if you incorporate industrial farmed and processed food products. As soon as you are an adult, fasting is as important as eating and a reduced eating window is extremely important to keep stem cell regeneration in safe limits. I totally disagree with whole grains being included because they are full of lectins. If they are grown with Green Revolution farming methods, that includes tilling and use of fertilizers, the cereal crop has no mycorrhizal fungi to stop the plant up taking heavy metals. If descants are used for degraining, this ends up in the food product and this totally destroys the human gut microbiome. Whole grains are a treat, perhaps a small amount at communion, but certainly not a basic food to be wolfed down with most meals. If you cannot grow it in an acre backyard, you don't need to eat it at all. What is missing is simply eating meat and animal fat. Both of these are very important for mitochondrial health because they are low in deuterium (heavy hydrogen). Your diet has to be in the correct range in all substances, so it's not just a case of eating special foods and all will be ok.

Regular and intermittent fasting is highly effective for autophagy and cellular regeneration/stem cell abundance as well. Half day dry fasts twice a week and 1 dry fast for 24 hours once a week is very good too. Daniel and Esther fasts several times a year is very good too. Reduces inflammation, promotes gut/probiotic health, reduces antioxidative stress, reduces markers for cancer, cardiovascular diseases etc. Complement with cold showers, regular exercise etc in addition to the good diet this Godly sister is promoting. Blessings from Fiji.

Do intermitted fasting every day, once in, there is no such thing like hunger, just energy and lightness. But when it comes to the cells I would consider breathing exercises like controlled hyperventilation like Wim Hof Method as it is proven to bring oxygen to every tissue in your body, even your brain.

@@ricklicks42, There are many Bible verses that talk about faithful healthy eating, showing us what God says about food, not the latest fad diet. I will list a few scriptures for you throughout this letter to you. When you bring God into your healthy eating it changes everything. Striving to honor Him in your food and drink choices will bring not only a heart change, but it will also change your choices. (1 Corinthians 10-31) So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God. Food is a gift from God. We use it to celebrate, to mourn, to entertain, to fuel, to love, to show hospitality, and to care for ppl in tangible ways. There are absolutely dangers to overeating (just as there are to under-eating), but we need food on a daily basis unless we’re fasting. Even the Old Testament instructed us to go easy on the sugar! There are healthy boundaries to eating it. God knew we would be tempted to overindulge. (Proverbs 25:27-28), It’s not good to eat too much honey, and it’s not good to seek for yourself. A person without self-control is like a city with broken-down walls. (Romans 14: 1-23), is to long for me to write out the scriptures, but you can search and read for yourself if you like. There are so many scriptures on what the Bible say about healthy eating. What if all food, the healthy and not so healthy foods, could be eaten for the glory of God? What if you considered Him in your grocery shopping, your portion sizes, and your calorie counting? What if you sat down to dinner every night with a heart of gratitude for the plate in front of you, knowing food was a way to care for the gift of the body God has given you? Yes, Friend, God does care about what you eat, along with every other detail of your life. I hope that you search the Bible for yourself, and you will see that there are scriptures on healthy eating. Have a blessed new year!

Fast food does not have salt it has sodium chloride... Real Salt, which is what your body needs to cleanse itself, has 82 trace minerals in it. Thanks to Modern Chemistry processes these minerals are extracted and sold and sodium chloride is the waste product that's only good for putting on the road in the winter time. If you eat this processed 'salt'aka sodium chloride, which is in most fast food and restaurant food, there's a high probability that you will have a chemical imbalance resulting in , among other things, high blood pressure.

@@bbcascabel77 Chocolate contains magnesium. Magnesium relaxes blood vessels and calcium contracts. Look up magnesium deficiencies. A lot of people are low in magnesium. Dark chocolate is different from milk chocolate which is highly processed. It is best to get magnesium from your foods. People are not eating enough green veggies and fruits. Potassium also helps with blood pressure. We're suppose to get over 4,000 milligrams a day. Most people aren't getting that.

This is really good information on stem cells and regeneration! Well explained and very good food recommendations to increase stem cell production. It is so good how God provided for us the ability to regenerate. He provided everything we need fo life and godliness! I appreciate your pointing this out and also how you enumerate what we need to avoid in order to heal and stay active and long for as long as possible. These are great things that you are sharing, Annette! Thank you!
I do have to say that I would not recommend taking calcium supplements. Too much calcium can actually lead to calcification of arteries. Most Americans get plenty of calcium in their diets, if they consume dairy. It isn't just calcium that makes strong bones. We need vitamin K and D3, phosphorus and magnesium to make strong and flexible bones. I recommend to my clients that they take a Vitamin D3 supplement that includes K, such as Garden of Life Raw D3. This is the only D supplement that has been able to increase blood serum levels in some of my clients. Most Americans are vitamin D deficient. Vitamin D is a hormone responsible not only for forming proper bone structure, but for maintaining a healthy immune system and so much more! The other bone contributing mineral that many people are insufficient in is magnesium. Leafy greens are a great source of magnesium and chlorophyll. Both are needed for inttacellular energy.
Obviously I could go on and on! I too, am enthusiastic about our food being our medicine. I appreciate all the teaching here. This is a solid woman of God who is sharing truth!

95% agreed! And God bless everyone reading this. I follow a Greek Mediterranean diet, which - according to my Greek friends - is very heavy in meat and eggs. Any carbohydrates consumed are: local & seasonal. I don't eat them but to season or as accoutrements for my meat and eggs.
Since the human body does not require exogenous carbohydrates (because the body makes its own as needed), no carbohydrate is necessary to "create" stem cells.
Stem cells are most effectively created by *fasting. She was absolutely correct here. I fast 24 hours per day (paradoxically, I know). That is that I eat one meal a day only. I will often skip a meal then and again for a two-day fast, and I will do a three-day fast during The Feast of Saint Martin of Tours & during Lent, normally.
The foods that are most nutrient dense and satiating are fats and proteins; therefore, a diet of about 70/30 (fat:protein) will make fasting for longer periods a breeze (quasi a consequence of eating the proper human diet).
So, do the "Mediterranean Diet" of your choice: Spanish, Southern French, Italian, Greek, Turkish, Israeli, North African, &c.: The goal here is to eat whole, one-ingredient foods, which make this diet grande. Also, don't fall for the lies that the human being requires fruits or veggies, or any other carbohydrate for that matter. This simply is not true. If you _like_ these things, then by all means, go for it. God has provided them during the ancient times to help us in famine, &c. Do your own research related to stem cells if you find that this is an important concept in your health journey. This fine lady is one source, and there are several to help you. Fasting is definitely the best method for stem cells. By eating more nutrient dense and satiating foods, viz., fatty meat and eggs, your consequent fasts will not only be enjoyable, you will not feel like eating because you'll be too full. Easy Peasy!
    Be well!

I am unsure how I will address the PMR because food greatly affects this disease, but on a daily basis, I endeavor to seek answer through an investigation on food & how it affects the body that is diseased & there is a lot of information out there & can be very confusing.

I am SO GLAD folks like you exist to help remind us of Gods beautiful grace & how we should be taking care of ourselves. I have a booklet I got long ago called the Principles of healthful living. its first copyright is from 1955 & expands through the 80's. It explains biblical teaching of a proper diet & lifestyle & has similar principles you are teaching here in these videos & does outline many topics about the safety of food & what is safe for human consumption & it really still surprises me to see how many foods are actually NOT safe that our FDA & Food safety agencies PASS AS SAFE when the bible states isn't. I trust the bible before I trust an agency whos mandate & principles conflict with biblical teachings, to me this is a blatant disregard for good solid healthy lifestyles with sound doctrine. So I am so glad to see there are people out there who are educated on the biblical principles of wellness. Thank you so much & May God bless every one of your days@@TheBiblicalNutritionist

This might be a great advice for people living in ever green land that produces crops all year long. When you live in a four season country, the winter time limits your choices greatly (no fresh blueberries, no fresh green beans and no mango). The consensus is for one to use locally grown veggies because we know that the ones coming from long distances are treated to last to long travel, so definitely during winter there is not much option. That's the thing with the diets, generally speaking, they are in no way adapted to various regions where the climate is different or where, even during summer, there is limitation to what is cultivated/grows. In my backhome country, there are no mango trees, tuna is scarce (anyway the general advice is to eat salmon rather than tuna), we are no consumers of green tea as is not culturally inherited and we don't cultivate it, the same with purple potatoes, turmeric or ginger. Now, one can say we can buy green tea and turmeric/ginger in jars from the supermarket and that is true nowadays, but i wonder how my ancestors lived without those items and some lived long lives, how did they rebuilt their stem cells? Isn't something we are missing here, in all this dieting era? recently, you can find a specific diet for every condition when in fact, things should be simpler and a person should eat for the whole benefit of the body.

@@sylviasworld9397 I did not even say I am at disadvantage, I am ok where i am (Canada, 4 seasons, not much growing during summer) and I was happy backhome with no mangoes and purple potatoes, ginger or turmeric or greens during winter. What I am saying is that a truly good advice would be "eat from these groups of foods every day", groups that would include foods from everywhere. I absolutely believe that each region on this Earth was blessed with foods good for the people living there, but then again, an advice like "eat these 12 foods every day" does not apply to everybody. You want to include everybody, then your advice should be extended.

We are fearfully and wonderfully made by Creator God! He's given us the tools to use and it's proven to be the best way to live healthy. He led me to get off all prescriptions 5 yrs ago and I haven't gone to a Dr in that many yrs also. I feel so much better for even that change! Then the eating right is soooooo important to having a healthy body. We will age but we can do it gracefully🤗

Indeed it's a good watch. I'm a man of the Stone Edition Torah. Have been since April of 2 years ago, even though I've had it for 8 years. I gave away 3 cases of different types of bibles. Once I got into the Torah, I just couldn't read any other way anymore. I live, learn from the old. When I minister, it's from nothing but the old. I've had cancer 6×, and put my trust in man, which was the worst of ways. I eat according to Genesis 1, and Daniel 1. Been 100% since December 2nd of last year. When I minister, I do so simply, and people are just amazed 👏 and love hearing the wisdom and knowledge that comes out. There's truth to it, especially when you read Daniel. Wisdom comes, and it flows like you wouldn't believe, and a lot of things make more sense.

It is critical to maintain an alkaline system when fighting cancer. CRITICAL. An acidic body/diet will feed the cancer. Google alkaline foods and body as soon as possible. The key to overcoming cancers in the body is to maintain a healthy immune system. An alkaline diet will help the body rebuild its immune system. An acidic body/diet will breakdown the immune system. Get your hands on a book titled The PH Miracle by Robert O Young, PhD. It explains the happy balance to keep the immune system healthy, then breaksdown the diff between alkaline and acidic body/diets, then provides lists of foods on both sides of the spectrum. Really helpful. I pray this helps...🌹

An informative & helpful video - thank you. At 9.23 mins you mention Israel and the likelihood of not eating pork there which is "the tradition which I follow". We are interested in your viewpoint as the Scriptures teach us to follow YHWH's commands not the traditions of man, and The Bible clearly instruct us to not eat pork and other scavenging creatures. It is biblically clear some animals were made for food and some were not . You are no doubt aware this is first mentioned in the Genesis/ Noah's ark account of the clean and unclean animals, followed by instructions in the book of Leviticus. We can surely agree that Our Creator's instructions are for our good; He never changes and one only has to look at the disastrous effects eating contrary to his provision has had on the health of mankind. As it is written - not only does He instruct us in His ways but He confers blessings on those who keep His commands.

I concur with you brother. You are spot on 👍. After the pig is slaughtered the individual that eats it is slaughtered by the corrupt and incompetent healthcare system as they take advantage of people's situation. Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus and Deuteronomy all give instruction on how to live. Humans should follow Jehovah's instruction that it may go well with us. And to the doctor worshippers : if they are ignorant enough to believe in fake healers rather than their Creator than they should not be surprised to be mowing the grass in January. 😊

Really appreciate this. Thank you, Annette. I switch between completely healthy and eating a lot of junk. I can't seem to be able to stick to completely healthy. After the holidays I want to have a three week fast, at least. When you said three things to avoid, I thought: Will it be French fries? She's gonna say French fries, right? Please don't say it's French fries. Definitely an addiction. I don't even eat them that often, but I have to fight all the temptation and think about them a lot. So fasting would be a good idea, right?
