I want to upload that one video to the GoPro cloud, but there's no option for that. What's going on? I had my iPad set to upload everything to the cloud, but I quickly turned that off. I just want to upload specific media after I've edited them, but there seems to be no direct way to do this.
Not sure if you figured out what is going on but I think you have it backwards. When you connect your camera, you should upload to the cloud. From there, you can download specific files to your app and from the app, move files to the mural to make your edits and then when finished, upload to wherever you are sharing. That’s how I create my TH-cam shorts. Once I’ve uploaded to TH-cam, I delete the files from the app since they are still backed up on the cloud. I have to do it this way because I use an iPhone 7 with 32mb of storage and a second Gen iPad Pro 12.9 with only 64mb. So I’m constantly running out of space when downloading back and forth. I recently purchased a 1tb USB that connects to both Apple devices and that helps a lot when offloading stuff for later use.

I refreshed the page, logged-in and logged out and still not showing. I also tried checking thru my Quik App thru phone and Quik App for windows, still not there. Plus, the Quik app for windows keeps logging me out from my account every time I click anywhere to navigate thru the app. What's wrong? I just feel like my subscription is useless as I cannot really organize my videos thru it. Sorry I am just frustrated at this point.
i got my gopro 10 a week or 2 ago and was using quick app on desktop and got signed up and in and when i plugged my camera in usb to my pc the app showed a blank image and name connecting when it should show a picture of gopro 10 and name. i couldnt see any videos or select gopro or import. on the iphone quick app it seem to work and show footage and upload. couple days later i try and see my footage on the quick app on desktop and it asked me to sign in and i am still at the start waiting many minutes with it saying at the top of my email AUTHENTICATING. what can be the problem now since i havent used it? please bro i just so wanna see my footage with a bigger screen then edit.

Hi any information why the quick app won’t work on iPad? I contacted GoPro and they said it has to be iPad 8 or higher (I had iPad 6) so I bought 2022 iPad Pro and same issue won’t support high resolution editing. However my “old” iPhone 12 works perfectly. It took GoPro 5 days last time to tell me I need iPad 8 or higher. Can’t contact them until tomorrow and imagine I’m in for a long wait and another bum steer. Apple said contact the developer of course … only received new iPad Pro today and not happy Jan…!

I have issue with my new GoPro 10 . My previous cam was GoPro session 5 and i had Samsung Evo 256sd card the best reccomended sd card for GoPro cam. The problem with new gopro 10 is that when I connect cam to PC quick app GoPro don't see any media on that sd card and shows 0 and doesn't want to download my files to GoPro quick app. I never had this issue with same sd card in my session 5 cam. So now in order to transfer files from sd card to pc is I have to use usb sd card reader which is annoying. Do you know what might be the issue here and why GoPro quick doesn't recognize this sd card in GoPro 10?

I thought that I could watch my footage at full resolution straight from the cloud but it seems that I have to download it for full resolution. Hi Bruno, The desktop version of the Quik App hasn't been updated for a few years now. It did allow you to upload to the Cloud, but now it's not compatible with the newer cameras. You can, however, log in to GoPro's website and go to the Media Library under your account. You can upload your files to the cloud from there. Hope that helps!

How can I lock the preview screen in Quik? I want to use my iPad to monitor in portrait mode. Locking the screen (while in the Quick app or prior to launching Quick) it locks in landscape. I’m a subscribed quick user with a hero 10- making sailing videos . I use the quick app to import clips to my app media and then make an edit . I can enable the stickers and the vids show the stickers are present. When I move them to an edit they are gone! I have a workaround of downloading the sticker enabled vids to my phone then upload again, but it takes forever and is difficult to track. Any suggestions from the community?

What settings on Quik do you use to make sure VP09 codec is used on TH-cam? Their default compression is killing my video quality.

Hey Jordan, so I added all my content from vacation to the Quik app and then my phone storage said full. I have the cloud in the Quik app so I moved everything over there and it didn’t do anything. Phone storage is still full 😬 any solutions?

I believe that once you grab frames from a video, it loses the GPS data.

Sir,,,i have go pro 11,,,,when i got Vedio,,so clear the views,,,,,, now, I've transfer the file going to my celpon use quick apps,,,,,,, then when the file is transfer to my phone then i play it,, the Vedio is not play straight.....what happened of that

How can I lock the preview screen in Quik? I want to use my iPad to monitor in portrait mode. Locking the screen (while in the Quick app or prior to launching Quick) it locks in landscape. When in Quick and in portrait mode, the screen will go black and reset to landscape. I only use Quik for controlling the camera. Any recommendations for other apps that will achieve what I am after?
hi Jordan, I can't get the stickers to appear when i go to the editing part. That is, they appear to me in the complete movie but when I want to edit them later they disappear. what am i doing wrong?
I’m a subscribed quick user with a hero 10- making sailing videos . I use the quick app to import clips to my app media and then make an edit . I can enable the stickers and the vids show the stickers are present. When I move them to an edit they are gone! I have a workaround of downloading the sticker enabled vids to my phone then upload again, but it takes forever and is difficult to track. Any suggestions from the community?
The new app doesn’t display my motion photos (iPhone) like it used to. They are now all “still”. Has that been taken away now?

No, it should start recording when you press the record button on your phone. I'm not sure why it wouldn't unless you have a poor connection.
