बहोत बार जब आप semen analysis का report करवाते हो तभी उस रिपोर्ट में normal sperm count mention किया जाता है (Normal forms) . स्पर्म morphology का सीधा मतलब है की स्पर्म दिखने में कैसा है। स्पर्म नार्मल है या नहीं इस चीज़ को identify करने केलिए बहोत techniques available है। जब आपके रिपोर्ट में normal forms में 1%, 2%, 3% तो इस situation में abnormal sperms की मात्रा ज्यादा रहती है तो इस situation में आपको sperm report दुबारा करवाना है।
अगर स्पर्म बनाने के process में कही कुछ गड़बड़ हप जाती है तो स्पर्म की morphology बिगड़ सकती है।
90 - 95% भी अगर sperm की morphology ख़राब है तो भी natural conception हो सकता है।

Sir I had my SIS done and results were normal but after a month when my follicular tracking was done there was a thin synechiae. I have a history of d and c and then asherman syndrome for which hysteroscopic adhelyosis was done.Why was the synechiae not detected in SIS but picked up in the 3D ultrasound after a month???

Jinse maine shadi ki unse bhi muze baccha nahi ho raha mai saal bhar se doctors ko dikha rahi khud ke test karwa rahi tablets le rahi mere sare report bhi ache aa rahe, aur ab jake pati ka test krwaya to usme no sperms seen likh kar aa raha. Matlab unke semen me sperm hi nahi hai. Doctor ne kaha bhot mushkil hai baccha hona, donar sperms se baccha karlo, Mujhe vishvas nahi hota ki aisa bhi ho sakta hai, mai mere ghar walo ko bhi kuch nahi bata sakti.
