पिछले वीडियो मै normal sperm कैसे बनता है उसके बारे मै बतायागया था|
video मै sperm कैसे एक egg को fertilize करता है और कैसे एक sperm के parts
जैसेकि उसका head, middle piece और tail होना बहुत जरुरी है| यह सारे
parts सही तरह से बने चाहिए वरना sperm, egg को fertilize नहीं करपाएगा
और pregnant होने के changes कम होजाएंगे|

अगर head मै defect हो जिसको globular head भी कहा जाता है जिसमे sperm का head उसके
असली shape से अलग होता है इसमें egg fertilize नहीं हूपता है क्युकी उसका असली shape
दिया गया है ताकि वो egg के बाहरी cells को हटाकर अंदर जापै|
इसी तरह से और भी काफी head defects होते है |
अगर tail मै defect होता है थो उसमे के बार tail छोटी होती है या फिर २
tail होते है जिसके वजह से sperm egg तक swim नहीं करपाता है|
अगर neck defect है थो sperm कई बार टेढ़ा बनता है और सही से हिल नहीं पाटा है|
middle piece कभी कबर छोटा रह जाता है जिसके कारन काफी energy नहीं
generate होपाटी है और sperm egg तक नहीं पहुंच पाता है|
normal male semen analysis मै बहुत बार ऐसा होता है
की ३०-४०% sperms abnormal पाए जाते है|
यह sperm abnormal होने की वजह से fertility पर कैसे असर पढता है यह जाने के लिए पूरी video देखिये|

Again thanks much for the info, eagerly waiting for next video. My husbands last 3 months semen reports are same i.e 1%normal form , reports are done from different different Authenticated ivf centres. I feel helpless in this case. Irrespective of following healthy diet, antioxidant intake, no alcohol/smoking from past 3-4 month there is no change in sperm morphology.
If that's the case, then better to consider to do IMSI
