Normal Sperm के रिपोर्ट में PUS Cells की मात्रा 1 - 5/ hpf रहती है। जब आपके रिपोर्ट में PUS Cells की मात्रा 10, 15, 20 आता है तो इसे abnormal कहते है।
Semen Analysis के रिपोर्ट में PUS Cells की मात्रा ज्यादा आने के कारन क्या है? ( Causes of abnormal PUS Cells in semen analysis report) -
1. Collection Error - Penis के foreskin unhygienic होने के कारन pus cells की मात्रा ज्यादा आ सकती है। आपको foreskin bitadin से clean करके semen analysis repeat करना है।
85% से ज्यादा लोगो में इसकी प्रॉब्लम होती है।
2. अगर report repeat करने के बाद भी pus cells की मात्रा ज्यादा आती है तो आपको semen culture करवाने की advice देते है। ये रिपोर्ट आने के बाद में ही आपको anti-biotic दे सकते है।
