तो जानते है 5 घरेलु उपाय जिससे sperm की Quality बढ़ सकती है
1.Weight Loss / वजन कम करे (exercises to improve sperm quality)
जब patient का वजन ज्यादा हो या मोटापा हो तो sperm quality को अच्छा रखने के लिए Weight Loss करना बोहोत जरुरी है। BMI (Body mass index ) 25 से निचे आए तो बोहोत ही बेहतर होगा और उससे sperm production अच्छा होगा।
इसकेलिए रोज़ 45 मं aerobic exercises करने है जिस्से आपका pulse rate बढे और गहरा सा sweating हो जाये। इससे testosterone level बढ़ जाता है और उसका असर हमारे sperm production होता है।
2.Sleeping pattern /अच्छी गहरी नींद
हमारी नींद 7-8 घण्टे होनी चाहिए। जब नींद ६ घंटे से कम होती है तब शरीर में anti-sperm antibodies तैयार होती है जो sperm Quality ख़राब करते है। उसके साथ ही Sperm Count और Sperm motility कम करते है।
3.Low-carb diet (Food to improve sperm quality)
आपके diet में carbohydrates का level कम होना चाहिए और तुलना में fats और protein ज्यादा होना चाहिए। carbohydrates की मात्रा बढ़ने से sperm production कम हो जाता है। इसके साथ ही आपको fresh fruits , vegetables , sprouted beans , dry fruits जिनमे omega-3 fatty acids ज्यादा रहते है वो आपको खाने है।
4.ABC Juice का सेवन (Apple , Beetroot , Carrot )
इस जूस में बोहोत सारे antioxidants होते है जिसमे Vitamin A , C , E और lycopene की मात्रा बोहोत अच्छी होती है जो sperm quality और sperm production केलिए बोहोत महत्वपूर्ण है।
5.Testes का तापमान कम रखना है। testes का tempreture बढ़ने से sperms मर जाते है , sperm motility कम हो जाती है। इसलिए ऐसी सारी आदते छोड़नी है जिससे testes का tempreture न बढे। ठन्डे पानी से स्नान लेना चाहिए।
इन टिप्स को अपने दवाइयों के साथ अपनाइये ताकि आपके sperm quality बढ़ जाए।
