    Hey Salty Crew! I hope this video was helpful. I've been suffering with hormonal imbalances my entire life, and I wish they were talked about more. I made this video to spread awareness, because so many women don't know when something is wrong with their health. Our hormones help give us a full picture of what's going on internally. Sending you all the love today and every day 💗

      Honestly, at this point, I'd rather to be a man. I mean it's easier to live as a man without those shitty struggles women have to deal with. Having PCOS and realizing I have no results or changes on my body has made me realize I'm just a cursed piece of shit :( (srry for my bad english)

    I have 9 out of all the 13 symptoms you described. I went to my doctor today and expressed all of my concerns, specifically the pelvic pain, infertility, night sweats and unexplained weight gain. She brushed everything off and told me to go to therapy and also look for a nutritionist. Needless to say I'm now learning to educate myself and look for natural remedies to address my problems at the root

    • @futuresinHIshands
      @futuresinHIshands 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I totally get it! I have been to multiple doctors telling them my issues and it’s like it goes on deaf ears. One of my cousins was like, people have to be on birth control to help with issues. I’m like no. I didn’t k ow the answers why ar the time I just knew she wasn’t correct. I finally had a doctor say well, we will send you to a thyroid doctor. He said, has anyone checked your D levels. No. That was the first thing and man that made a difference with my hair falling out. I do have more issue then just the D when it comes to thyroid and over time I have been able to find ways to move the needle closer then farther when they do my blood work. There is a brand new supplements for hormone balance that is all natural with NO hormones! My mood is Noght and day! My temperature is better then it had been!!

    • @dec23
      @dec23 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      God, this pisses me off so much. Shame on those Dr.'s especially if they are female. I went to gyno and she told me the same thing. My symptoms are rather different though, more mood related. I begged for blood work to check my hormones she declined. So I found a Dr. who listed and one of my hormones was really high (DHEA). Everything i was experiencing is what results in that high hormone. I was so pissed but happy to know I wasn't going crazy. So now I'll see the endocrinologist tomorrow. I'm gona make them my best friend. All these mood changes came out of nowhere (anxiety, depression, suicidal thinking, intrusive thoughts, loss of appetite, irritability, insomnia, insanely high libido etc.). Very scary. Good luck, look into a better Dr. blood work and an endo.

    Thank you so much for posting this, constantly hot, even when it snows here. I'm a strong vegan and are really quite strict on my diet and I just can't get the weight down even with 3 hours of daily walking which is just a must with child care work and not being a driver plus I have dogs. I get Bouts of random frustrations and low moods that come on out of no where, my period arrives at least twice a month and is always heavy..... For a long time it's just been put off when I have asked for blood tests from my go and told just keep a food diary its down to exercise and diet but I don't believe this at all and this has given mea drive to push again to ask again for it to be further looked into I have had at least 14 years of this and its frustrating I sleep with all the windows open and fans on all year, I'm soo happy for a while then hit so much struggle to get on with normal things I just want someone to actually do the bloods and acknowledge that it is happening and it's not right..... Knowing I'm not alone is comforting thank you x

    You are so right on! I understand, a number of these things. I have had doctors so confused. You are so correct about them not knowing about balancing the hormones. I have pretty much given up getting help from a doctor and doing my own search to get the help I need. I have found a company who uses no synthetics no sweetness nor no fillers in there products. You can notice a difference after using the products. It has been a blessing as there are no needles, sugar, pills, gummies or anything that would upset the tummy or the if you l ow you don’t absorb you will with this. After seeing what it has down I’m passionate to see others get the help I have been able to finally get.

Didn’t realize I knew close to nothing about hormones at 22, I thought high school would have taught me and hearing about hormones often “oh my hormones are kicking in” “don’t mind my hormones” “teens and their hormones” but to get an actual explanation on what they can contribute to gave me a more broader outlook to understanding and listening to my body, Thank you!!💜💜💜💜

    I was a late bloomer and was told I have PCOS at 15. I would go months and sometimes a year without a cycle. When I was 23 I started taking metaformin which is a type 2 diabetic medication. It helped me with ovulation and I became pregnant. I now have three children and since having kids my cycle now comes every month not the same time every month but I have hormonal acne and chin hair. I was prescribed birth control and I don’t find that it is working all that great.

    Something I want to add is that hormonal acne doesn’t just show up around the jawline/chin - I have high DHT ( a type of testosterone) that causes me to break out all over because DHT increases sebum production in the skin. Just thought I’d share :)

    You're very educated. However ive searched , but this is one of of only videos that are very straight forward. Please give advice on how to heal this. I'm only 19 years old and ive been struggling so much. I took BC- the depot shot at age 14 , 15 , 16. I grew up eating microwaved , junk foods , processed foods and MC.donalds for pretty much 18 years of my life. Doctors where I'm located wont see me because I am not 21 and im starting to worry. Ive struggled with acne / body acne my WHOLE life ( tired EVERYTHING ). At this point i just want to be healthy. I'm so tired of answers like - just wash your face or well your period will come back. I'm just becoming so sad due to this because I'm SO young. Also I have pretty much no sex drive , dry skin , suffer from utis and vaginal and skin infections easily. I am constantly hungry and in never satisfied. I suffer from daily body pains and HEADACHES. I suffer with sleeping problems as I would get sad when everyone else my age wouldnt sleep properly as I was ( when I was finally able to do so for about 3/5 months ) and they had enegry. I would be so exhausted , brain fog , cloudy mind , no energy all day even if I had a great nights sleep. Memory issues more recently , thinking concentrating issues have always been a issue for me especially in school. CONSTANT urge to pee especially in the night. No doctors have listened to me. I'm getting sad because my peers my age dont have the slightest clue and it makes you feel like your 19 but living in a 80 year olds body.

    Swings, hot flashes (not serious) & I had NO IDEA that irregular periods were so serious!!! I didn’t get my period for two years after my miscarriage, and since it’s been so inconsistent but out of nowhere I woke up with brain fog, anxiety & all kinds of more symptoms. I’m
    Working with a hollistic doctor now but I’d LOVE to know about more young woman going through this!

    During my period I get the uncontrollable urge to urinate and I cannot hold it in. I'm also constantly urinating overnight while sleeping while I'm on my period. it doesn't happen when I'm not on my period...so I know it's not associated with anything else like blood sugar, etc. someone told me this could be a sign that I have fibroid and as a result hormonal imbalance. I have mood swings, weight gain, and issues sleeping at night. I've had really heavy and clotting periods and it lasts longer than 3 days.

    Thank you! I know this was posted a while ago. I believe they I might have hypopituitarism due to a brain tumor that I had removed at seven, and the symptoms have been extremely damaging to my emotional wellness. I've been trying to build up the strength to talk to my doctor while at a regular check up, in four days. Every time I try to talk about it, I get told to just take birth control but it doesn't help and I'd just like some tests ran to make sure that I'm getting the proper care

      I have a friend who has had multiple tumors in her brain. It’s hard to see her 2 or more times a year having to go in to have them removed. Based on what she is going through I can she why you say it’s been hard and hard to talk to the doctor. It’s hard to talk to the doctor when you know there options aren’t helping like birth control and HRT has multiple side affects also. I’m excited about a product, I found recently and already seeing results that help balance hormones naturally without any type of drugs or hormones added. I don’t know if it would help you or not but maybe worth a try especially if your not able to be open with your doctor

    I had my baby girl last year in July, and my body has been everywhere since. I’ve only gotten my period I believe 4 times in different months since. I now deal with insomnia, weight gain, anxiety. Insomnia has been hard for me. I nap when my daughter naps during the day but, when it comes around night I’ll sleep for about 3-4 hours and can’t sleep anymore. I toss and turn all night til my body finally gives up and knocks me out. I find out my blood results on Friday. I’m hoping to fix this naturally. Birth control didn’t help and they took me off of it back in February-March. I also started to deal with a sedentary lifestyle due to anxiety. I’m starting my weight loss journey tomorrow. I used to be a weight lifter before baby so I’m hoping it helps..😞 I’m only 24 and I’m a single mom/parent. I want to be okay
