This is one of the cheapest ways to play this deck, at least the main deck. All you have to do is downscale the rarity of the cards you’re playing (every spell in the deck has a common/cheap printing for example) this deck doesn’t need to be expensive it’s as expensive as you want it to be. I love the reasoning behind all the cards and that combo video made me think differently about going about my line of combos as well. It was a year ago that you guys made that post-Linkross Dragon Link profile that got me into playing into this deck and I'm still playing it :) I've been playing more with the Dragunity and Gamma package splashed but I love how streamline this new one is from you guys with Droll in mind so I'm sure I'll try it out! Swap the talents for gamma or another hand trap, the rest of the deck is already pretty affordable... Apart from accesscode which is not even necessary you could probably make the entire deck for $100 or less

This deck can easily play rank 8s aswell such as Number 38. You have to play at least 1 Galactic Spiral Dragon which you can special summon for free from your hand/GY by having 2 dark and/or light dragon monsters. It's effect changes all monsters you control atm to lvl 8. Pairs super nice with Red Eyes Darkness Metal. Have Darkness Metal, special summon Galactic Spiral Dragon from GY or hand, use it's effect to make both lvl 8(Spiral is already lvl 8 but Red Eyes is lvl 10 I think), use Red Eyes effect to revive 1 dragon from GY, overlay Red Eyes and Spiral into Number 38 or any other rank i you wish. Also try playing without handtraps, go full combo. Drop these 6:00 9 cards for x3 World Legacy Guardragon, x2 Seyfert, x1 Foolish Burial, x1 Galactic Spiral Dragon and x1 more Rokket Caliber(I play 3 and even more Rokkets because I don't have the Dragonmaid package, x3 Nibiru and x3 TTTs). In my opinion full combo is much better than running any handtraps. Also forgot, you can easily mill Spiral Dragon with Chaos Ruler or use it as a literal free discard as you just special summon it from GY anyway XD
@@zerosag its basically the same as the video says just add galactic spiral dragon and use it as discard fodder or dump it with ravine in gy then special summon it using its effect then id reccomend going into number 38 hope titanic harbringer or if u cant get it id say number 62 galaxy eyes prime photon dragon its 4k atk (5.6k if u use its effect at very least) is a beast and though with photon dragon as matierial it will half battle damage but it can get over some annoying cards (like infinity) very easily
Borreload and Rokket cards r amazing. I'm glad a structure deck for this archetype came out for it and hopefully a duelist pack made of Revolver cards would come out too.

@@kaze8401if you draw sloth and chaos space you won't need to use your nomal sumon so if you get stoped with seals and a card on feild you tribute for sloth you have a bounce and a BEATER with 2200 and most decks dont play a card in the main deck with a higher attack than 2200

At 13:30 I noticed you didn’t summon pisty, instead you activated quadborrel first when pisty could’ve gave you an extra dragon on the board, Why is that? I’m asking this because I love DL and want to know how to properly utilise my cards. Anyways great video and look forward to more DL awesomeness.
The real reason is because we don’t have chamber access. Or more so tidying access. In my opinion saving pisty for follow up to get to sword sometimes is better. Plus with no tidying you’re not bouncing pisty back so you’d have to bounce whatever you grab off seals. Which does force your op to go battle, but also forces you to use trap b4 MP2. Could be incorrect but that’s my theory.

Yes! This and it actually isn’t suuuuuuper necessary. You have reborns if you need them. Pisty, levi, red MD… what you don’t have are ways to break/stop boards. So going second cards become more mandatory. Unfortunately these cards need to be played now so we have to cut the more unnecessary slots like the reborns. Hope this helps. I don't really think it needs it plus dpe can throw off the flow if you go into chaotic ruler before fusion destiny (which almost every d link player would do ) you can accidentally send one of the dpe pieces to the grave losing access to it for the rest of the duel
We did actually. It’s very strong but this deck kind of becomes Verte turbo at that point and thought it’s good, we wanted to stick more towards dragons :)

You don’t really need it all that much. Most lists have cut it to play more going second cards. You need to be able to stop/at least slow down other decks so that you can play as well.
Of course dragon link is still good. They left a guard dragon alive. Now Pisty wants blood to avenge his fallen comrades. As a dragon link player, I really don’t want to see the deck get hit again. However, I suppose you could either ban spheres or limit quick launch to 1.
I would love the deck to get hit let it fucking die so people that play the deck can find something else it has 20 plus starters and rarely bricks and when it does it can still go the fuck off depending on the hand and plays through everything
Dragon link is actually nuts still with pretty much nearly everything banned and limited 🥲 One of my favourite decks this though because when it goes off it goes off a lot of people have been playing the buster lock over DPE and scythe because apparently it’s more consistent I don’t know if that’s true but I’d love to try it

If i was to hir dragon link in any capacity (as someone who mains it) it would he seal to 1 and maybe quick launch to 1 also but thats only if i wanted to kill the deck. Chaos sapce shouldnt get hit cuz its necessary for chaos decks especically with a chaos set upcomming

It needs to a deck like this that plays through everything and people are getting tired of dam seeing everywhere online and topping still to this day sometimes and has 20 plus starters rarely bricks and has broken ass cards that should all be banned because fuck this deck it should never had existed and striker dragon should get banned, with seals, quick lauch, starlight, ser, chaos Lev. The pendulum chaos dragon, black and white and if that not overkill I don't know just make the deck so unplayable people can move on and play something fucking else there are other decks
@@justinkassel4281 I think that's kinda wrong, this deck will always live again its just a pile of good dragon cards and I can 100% guarantee even if you hit and ban this deck in the future there will be a new version of this deck. As long they make decent dragon cards theres always some from of dragon deck, when I was playing in 2008 it was hopeless dragon then chaos dragons now Dragon link. Also filling up the ban list with just dragon link cards would be bad in my eyes. Dragon link is a difficult deck to play, its not super broken. Its not like the linkross days where they make a bored of 5-7 interruptions and a buster lock you get like 3 or 4 max now

You don’t really need it all that much. Most lists have cut it to play more going second cards. You need to be able to stop/at least slow down other decks so that you can play as well.
@@CrushCards Not to mention having the arrow point down for Pisty plays. Triple Burst is also a great way to link climb into Accesscode as well.
Of course dragon link is still good. They left a guard dragon alive. Now Pisty wants blood to avenge his fallen comrades. As a dragon link player, I really don’t want to see the deck get hit again. However, I suppose you could either ban spheres or limit quick launch to 1.
I would love the deck to get hit let it fucking die so people that play the deck can find something else it has 20 plus starters and rarely bricks and when it does it can still go the fuck off depending on the hand and plays through everything
Doing either of those would DESTROY the deck. Tbh it's pretty fine where it is. Not too weak and not too strong.

Dragon link is actually nuts still with pretty much nearly everything banned and limited 🥲 One of my favourite decks this though because when it goes off it goes off a lot of people have been playing the buster lock over DPE and scythe because apparently it’s more consistent I don’t know if that’s true but I’d love to try it
I haven't seen the Buster Lock in this deck in a bit, but if you have a list, send it! (If you don't, that's fine. I'm just curious.)

@@jrtg5758 because I play hieratic and dragunity and I don't want my play starters to be hit because a different deck abuses them. Because I'm tired of not being able to take stuff to tournaments once I get a list I think covers 90% of matchups because cards are so generic. Also I don't wanna have to play custom banlists to play online either.

You literally just wanna ban pisty so d link players can't use it lol. Making d link weaker won't make you stronger. It will just make it where dragon decks themselves are weaker.

Dude dragon link is just a pile of good dragon cards theres no way this deck will die. I believe dragon link will have a card for any situation, and if it doesn't they'll most likely print a dragon card that will help in the future
It needs to a deck like this that plays through everything and people are getting tired of dam seeing everywhere online and topping still to this day sometimes and has 20 plus starters rarely bricks and has broken ass cards that should all be banned because fuck this deck it should never had existed and striker dragon should get banned, with seals, quick lauch, starlight, ser, chaos Lev. The pendulum chaos dragon, black and white and if that not overkill I don't know just make the deck so unplayable people can move on and play something fucking else there are other decks
@@justinkassel4281 I think that's kinda wrong, this deck will always live again its just a pile of good dragon cards and I can 100% guarantee even if you hit and ban this deck in the future there will be a new version of this deck. As long they make decent dragon cards theres always some from of dragon deck, when I was playing in 2008 it was hopeless dragon then chaos dragons now Dragon link. Also filling up the ban list with just dragon link cards would be bad in my eyes. Dragon link is a difficult deck to play, its not super broken. Its not like the linkross days where they make a bored of 5-7 interruptions and a buster lock you get like 3 or 4 max now

Been playing the deck since before it was cool (aka before Striker Dragon came out) and I'm happy that it can still hang out with the big dogs. Obviously its not a top deck anymore but its always fun to bring them out now and then.
Still a solid Tier 1.5 - Tier 2 deck. It can play through Nibiru and other handtraps and still end with 2-3 interruptions.
