I know what you mean about having a bike that just goes... I had a Honda Blackbird, supposedly a reliable bike, and I loathed the bloody thing. Always mincing its charging system. Never trusted it.
I've been laughed at on the C125 by a lorry full of scaffolders but couldn't care less.
There is a Grom just down the road from me which is temptingly cheap...
I’m either ignored on my bikes or laughed at - never complimented or chatted with. That’s how I know I’ve chosen correctly. Ride proud!
