Uhh u forgot to include that its takes almost three times as long to take off than it took to put on ..ive noticed that once ppl who start losing they tend to lose a substantial amount of water weight super fast but once that is gone it becomes a grind and soo many self included get super discouraged and depressed to where most fall off i love the channel sir keep it up
Dieting for a show will create a eating disorder. I went from 220 to 179 now im obsessed at looking at nutrition on everything i eat. I lost size and strenght and got into a depression i also watched my buddy get big and stronger then me in only few years as i been hitting it for 19 years natural. Its a mind game for sure i had 18 in a half inch arms went down to 17 and it did mess with me. I want size back but not fat. Lol its a double edge sword but the whole thing is fun.
I have lost 180 lbs in twelve months. I fought loose skin using compression suits. The thought was gravity pulling the skin down, the compression suit holds everything in. Overall went from 420 lbs to 240 lbs. No surgeries, no drugs. Just hard work, sacrifice, and consistency.
Wow, I never thought about compression gear to fight loose skin. I weighed 243lbs and my goal is to hit 190lbs, for now. I am now currently at 224lbs and while I do have quite a bit of muscle, I do worry I will have a bit of loose skin in my gut. Along with working out, I'll start wearing compression shirts to help aid me in case I start showing loose skin. Thanks man, your journey is truly inspiring.
@@comicbookprodigy995 I don't know your body composition, but you might want to look at a full suit. For me the most saggy skin is on the inner thigh of all places. Thought that was only a problem for women. Here is what I used: Underworks Mens Compression Bodysuit Shaper - Girdle for Gynecomastia Belly Fat and Thighs
@@Huspree2011 Thank you, I will look into it. As far as body composition, most of my fat is stored in my gut and a tiny bit in my chest. My arms and legs are pretty muscular thanks to construction work.
As a husband, father of two children: I work out because I feel physically and mentally better doing so. Not because of look or show my muscle to anyone. Who gives a crap about that. I spend most of my time with clothes on anyway. I also eat unhealthy food from time to time, because I feel mentally better doing so. I love food, I love what life has to offer. Don't be to hard on yourself people. You can get the love of your life without the look of Chris Hemsworth. I promise!
I'm happy it worked out for you. For every success story though I've seen many people suffer through unsustainable relationships. Additionally I believe with the current state of world affairs having children would be extremely selfish towards the child not to mention how expensive it is to raise one. That is just my opinion utlimately.
I used to be really fat and I was on the verge of developing serious health conditions. I remember not being able to tie my shoelaces and my sleep suffered as well. My life changed when I finally set my mind to the thinking that anything is possible if you decide so. I took a meal plan to start with. I created it online, on dietarize, which was super helpful to me. I didn't have to worry about calories, macros, nutrients and all that stuff, I just focused on walking long distances and exercising after I got on a level where I could do some simple workouts. I hope my story will inspire you to do the same. To change your body you must first change your mind!
Bro that’s awsome I wasn’t super overweight maybe like 10 pounds at most but I was never obiese but I still wanted to change that and we’ll I guess I did that’s great to hear 👍
Thanks for the tips man, been watching since January 2021 and I’ve gone from 198 to 162 as of June! As a teen who DEFINITELY struggled with losing the weight, these tips definitely helped. It’s all about the dedication and mental toughness!
Well done mate, trying hard myself during the start of the year, shits hard. Was 15 stone start and lost a stone since. Feels grate looking a to the scales go down. Anyways well done again.
Totally agree. Also, I would add "drink water" and "eat whole foods", and have a wide diet that includes all sorts of nutrients and vitamins. And don't eat crap, and if you do, do it the minimum possible. Just by doing that you are going to go far.
Damn, I thought that working out with good intensity and a healthy diet was enough, but sometimes when watching these kind of videos I get the impression that in order to be in shape and healthy you need to be a scientist, a nutritionist and a cheff at the same time...
I expressed the exact same sentiment to a buddy of mine who has been on a fitness journey for 3 years now. He told me not to over complicate nutrition. In other words, get a good multivitamin you can stand to take every day, and pick a few meals you can stand, he recommended chicken & rice with fresh vegetables for example, decide on a portion size, and just commit to those few meals every single day as part of your routine. The only part that sucks is the lack of variety in diet, he said he'd usually switch it up twice a month and sometimes rotate back to some meals he started with. Really you wanna reduce the complexity of your approach such that it's easy to think about and you don't get stressed thinking about meal prep. Chicken is really easy on the stomach imo and can be eaten consecutively without becoming unappetizing. I'm still really early into my fitness journey so I might be totally out of whack with this advice, it's hard to say as I'm trying to figure out what the difference between micro and macro nutrients are lol
Lost 54lbs since February 1st. 316 to 262 this morning. Goal is 220. Started drinking more water. Cut out soda. Substituted Brown Rice instead of white rice. Ate a lot more protein still ate a decent amount of carbs. Weight training is indeed crucial. Cardio/Sauna really only help in the beginning losing water weight.

I've been battling with weight over the years and I can confirm the first one, there was moments I would diet, exercise, lose weight, look healthier but when I look in the mirror I would still consider myself fat, this lend me to a circle of losing, gaining, losing, gaining weight circle, and the hardest is not losing weight, but being happy when you look urself in the mirror and realize you already achieve your goals.
When I started my weight loss journey, no one told me that it won't remove my anxiety lmao. Before I was fat and sad, now I'm still sad but atleast i could do 10 clap pushups lol.
@Haider Bro im 12 years old normal weight for my age is 40 kg im 50kg and u know i went to walk with my couxins last month but then my exams came and everything stopped Bro how can i lose it fast please tell me
@Haider bro but it feels like hell you have to go through a lot every classmate or friend calls you fat well im not that much but they keep calling i can run fast but not as fast as them they laugh at me it's so sad and u won't impress any girl besides that bro u won't live a happy life and feel like obese or a bucket of water that's why and yeah bro i want to lose weight in 2 months what exercises i should do i won't lift weights btw and my height is 5.4ft lol
I'm in medicine and have been battling health and fitness information nonsense for decades. It's amazing what stupidity is out there that people will believe. I just ran across your video and have to say, you're the first (maybe only) person creating videos I've seen who tells the truth with no BS, fact-based, common sense, good-with-the-bad information. Thank you. I didn't spot any real hyperbole or misinformation in this video. Keep up the good work.
Can you please explain the mechanism (principles, reasons) why becoming lean can make you low testosterone and ED? I watched video 2 times and still didn't get it.
I have been exercising for 8 months and have never experienced insomnia, this is because I only rely on willpower without caffeine and preworkout. And workout maximum 3hours before you sleep.
Awesome tips I’m down 46 pounds (236 to 190) and I struggle sometimes with how I look in the mirror but I look back at pictures of what I looked like before and it makes all the hard work worth it. Journey to 175 here I come
@@DJ-hx9oj wow I never expected anyone to reply but I’m actually down to 170 and I’m currently training for my first marathon in may! I finally love the way I look I got some abs going lol still suffer with some body dysmorphia some days but I always look back to that picture from the first day of my journey. Thanks for asking!
This channel is legit I like the way you overlay everything about each topic and don’t go off on tangents and spam us to buy stuff/ads and offers, I really appreciate that!! You get straight to the point 👌🏻. This Channel is the best 🙌🏻
This video made me feel like a champ because I take vitamins, have a calorie deficit every day, roller blade 30 mins a day, 90 minutes weight training and 35 mins on a cardio machine (usually stair climber) 4-5 times a week. I also, don't take steroids. It's only been 2.5 months so hopefully I can keep it up. Started at 236 and currently at 213. Looking to get to 178 for my wedding in February.
I started working out again May 3rd, my weight was 247 before I started! I lost 5 lbs the 1st week and my goal is 220 by August! I was 231 before quarantining started and now I have quarantine 16 (the amount I gained)! I've watched two of your videos and liked both, keep them coming! 💪🏼
Lost about 60pounds in 1 year. Mainly jumping ropes everyday and lifting some weights, swinging some kettle bells couple times a week and eating less carbs. Of course not "Super lean" but fitting smaller size in my clothes, got my morning "wood" back and I feel great ! Anyway, Love your videos!
Being less than 20% bodyfat is amazing, i was at that stage some months ago and i felt like a feather, im heavier now, about 25-30% bodyfat but im trying to get bulk
I'm trying to lose around 65lbs... which would put me around the 200lb mark... at the moment I'm on the bad side of 265. This was some great information. Thank you
@@hlomps5627 I did intermittent fasting, just a meal a day for like 1 month, (from May to june 2020) went from 200 to 180, then I came down to 165 slowly and stayed there till January 2021 when I started body recomp. I'm still at 165 but much leaner. I think intermittent fasting helps you by eating a big meal, and it also increases HCG and testosterone and decreases insulin
I am 6'4" tall and 53 years old, at 47 I weighed 370 lbs, I now am 183 lbs. The majority of the weight was lost by Intermittent fasting, becoming a vegetarian and walking. I have very little loose skin which I have been controlling by applying rules of autophagy. I do have some image problems but more so about regaining the weight worries, not appearance. Mentally I am still fat even though I know I went from 4X shirts to Large or X-large. Weight maintenance is a challenge I embrace. GLTA
I will continue to encourage myself because you can do anything if you pit your mind to it . Not only that but if you feel discouraged then you cant do an exercise so try to be more encouraged or meditate more often .
I personally still need to lose a good deal of weight but what I can suggest is don't make going to the gym and dieting your whole world. Try to get some sort of hobby you can get lost in, if it is spprts that is fine but it could be anything from painting to collecting cards. I know this sounds a bit like a "just don't think about it" but I feel if we only got one or very few things in our lives we are passionate about it can quickly turn on us. Obviously it might not be your problem at all but it's the best I've got.
Thank you for this Max. I feel like I had some of these tendencies. You lose weight and feel great but then you start worrying about not being strong enough or big enough. It never ends if you let it. It's important to want better for yourself but not get depressed because you aren't there yet. For most people, fitness is not our whole lives and be kind to yourself for doing the best that you can. Cheers brother. 🍻
I started a diet/exercise plan as my new year's resolution. So far I've lost more than 6 inches off my waist. I've been doing weight training, push-ups, and squats to tighten up the loose skin. Seems to be working so far.
I'm a natural 67 year old lifter and I feel and look so much better then, not only men my age but even others a lot younger. Lifting is a way of life for me. I've been doing this for over 45 years. If I'm on the beach I get a lot of looks from mostly other men. I have mixed emotions about this. I'm not a freakish steroid body builder but I don't look like the normal 67 year old guy. I like the way I look and that is why I train, not for the looks from other people. When on a camping trip, other guys would take off their shirts to wash off. When I did and others looked at me, I felt that they may think that I'm showing off. It does make me a little uncomfortable at times. It's just a mental thing and I can get over it after a while. I'm not complaining, just sharing my feelings. I'm very happy with my decision to devote my life to lifting.
Checked your vid. Dunno what you are into but you're a handsome daddy and I can totally see why other men would stare at you ;) Definitely no need to be filling uncomfortable. I'm sure you have lots of fans you don't even know about.
this guy has single handedly changed my whole outlook on working out. i used to be super skinny but when i hit 30 i started filling out and i think if i follow this fella's advice, i can be the monster ive always wanted to be.
Been having a good few months eating much better, working and exercising a lot after moving to a nice new apartment and wanting to make a fresh start. Nothing crazy impressive like some of the other commenters here, but am now at the point where a strong, healthy body and a good routine and good habits to maintain it seem like they're within reach for the first time in my adult life, even though I definitely suffer from some body dysmorphia. Have semi-randomly browsed a bunch of videos and channels on the subject to find advice to keep the momentum going and build a lifestyle that'll last longer than 'until winter depression sets in', and yours have been really helpful for down-to-earth and reliable info and strategies. But this video, sir, is the one that earned you my subscription. Truth, presented with both practicality and sensitivity. Well done.
There’s all this information about nutrition but really it’s simple. Just a little bit of discipline and change goes a loooong way when you’re consistent. I’m assuming your goal is to lose weight? Learn to cook for yourself, eat more meats, fruits, and veggies when you’re hungry, and if you get junk food cravings look for healthier alternatives. Learning about nutrition can take a long time, there’s so much food and so much data to interpret
Wow... Seriously... This is a golden gem of a video. If I would add a point I experienced is the risk of kidney stones. Having gaining/losing weight for over 2 decades I recognize all of these in myself that I learned through my own experience and whenever I look at weight-loss videos etc I always look for clues how the 'looser' dealt with these issues. Avoiding psychological traps like obsessions and body dysphoria have been a big concern. I have done Very Low Calorie Diets and always noted how my libido went down plenty. Missing out on good nutrition is a big trap. Trying things that I didn't knew would put me in great risk of injury. Knowing beforehand that I wouldn't look as lean due to excess skin... Etc... etc...
I learn the most of my bodybuilding and martial arts journey for more than 10 years from watching DBZ and other fighting combat shows, fitness videos, comics, movies, anime and manga. I've been jacked since the 8th grade in 2012 and maintain it throughout my high school years, plus went to the gym for the time until i put on some fat on me then I tried out Intermittent Fasting in 2018-2019, it worked out well for me since then I've been taking some body supplements to help maintain it.
Thanks for all the info over the years. Been a subscriber since 2019. You were the first channel I watched for weight loss and strength training info.... During my transformation cardio has been the No 1 reason for my weight and body fat loss. I burn 700-800 calories each run. 4x a week.
I have subscribed to you videos since May. They have been very helpful in my establishing a free weight and cardio exercise routine and weight loss strategy. At age 64 (male) I have lost 54 lbs to date!!! I started with an "I am older now and can't expect results" attitude. But combining my routine with intermittent fasting (and a healthy eating lifestyle) has been amazing. This video is, yet, another concise and incredibly informative piece of the puzzle. Much of the the info you shared was new too me. And as always backed up with statistical research. Thanks for continuing to share your knowledge and expertise with us.
I've been an athlete most of my life, so going on 30 years of athleticism. As a boxer, wrestler, and martial artist, I hit a lot of those large joint injuries but usually recovered quickly. Now that I'm in my 40s, I continue to exercise but not as intensely (I also have a lot of injuries from combat in the Army). Two weeks ago, I tore my meniscus while training my daughter to box. It'll get you eventually! I think the better shape you are in, the easier it is to recover since the stabilizing muscles are stronger and the general stress on your joints is lower with lower body weight. Also, I drive my kids nuts by not counting reps or worrying about tracking how much weight I lift but I'm more interested in staying healthy and hope to pass that mentality to them rather than the idea of having a certain size bicep.
All my life I've been obsessed about my left arm being less strong and defined than the right one, which led me to get it injured. Now I try not to think about it and just throw in a few more reps from time to time and it seems to work, slowly but steady. I also feel less insecure about my appearance because nobody really notices it but me.
You're one of the best at what you do 🙌🏻, Mad Respect Sir!!❤️ Have been following you since August 2020 and have been working out with your advise including the diet balance as per your shared knowledge, Started at 96KGs and was 68KG by February. Thank you soo much, keep up the good work 🙌🏻❤️
As a person who has been fat from early age until 17/18 y old and now having the 6 pack and etc. Yes I do see myself as not enough in body condition. That's why it's a must for me to take photos daily so whenever I get stuck in that whole I check up the photos and kinda feel better.
I knew someone who used stariods without working out thinking that just doing them alone would lead to muscle growth and weight loss and in a couple months he gained like 100lbs in fat.
@Christian Torres I’m also 5,5 but weight 200 but I’m not as fat as I was back then I was like 230, I can do way more than before I can finally do pull up and run for 15 min straight and etc
This is quite true, I've had a persistent injury in my left upper arms muslce. It did eventually heal and now it feels great, but it took many months. But it's not sopmething you should be worried about. Just take good care of yourself.
In reference to the gym injuries, I have a feeling that most of those injuries happen due to Bro-lifting and ego-lifting. I've seen some guys in the gym lifting with such terrible form that I cringe.
I struggle with body dysmorphia myself, but different to how most other men experience it. I want to be what is called a "femboy" and its really tough for someone like me. I struggle with accepting things like body hair, height, and shoulder width because those are just some masculine things I happened to be born with and grow into. It's really hard to accept these things and i have so much sympathy for anyone struggling with any form of body dysmorphia.
Ashwagandha is also good for chronic stress because it lowers the cortisol levels. I've heard of magnesium but never knew about how Zinc can help with weightloss. I'mma look more unto that. Good video!
Ashwaghanda is great been taking for over a year. Also yes Zinc as well. Actually works great in conjunction with Magnesium. There's a supplement called ZMA that combines the two at the proper doses. You take before bed. It relates you for a deep sleep. The link between quality sleep ans fat loss/body composition is very underrated. Hope this helps!
@@mrforeverfit4847 I'm just loving the gems that people are dropping all over the internet. Thanks for the recommendation. I am highly considering ZMA!
Do you realize how low 8% is? 8% bf already severly reduces your testosteron production, lowers sex drive and increases fatigue. I would advise against it if you're not going to compete.
@@serenitynow85 some people can be like 8% and not feel that hungry, while some can be 12% and feel like they're starving... From what I can tell it's mostly based on lucky genetics, but you can eat foods that'll help you to be more full
some good points. Women's health seems to be most optimal at 18% to about 28% bodyfat, according to fertility research. Each individual has their ideal. I do agree most men are optimal in overall health at somewhere between 8 and 14% bodyfat, but that's quite a range. Listen to your body .. you have a much more narrow optimum. See how you feel and respect your body's various cues (resting heart rate low for you, appetite sleep and sex drive feeling optimal, energy levels).
Thanks for this. I'm just starting to see the difference since I've started working out and this was a really good check for me so I don't judge myself too harshly or go too hard looking for unrealistic results.
I’d say working out fasted is some of the best things ever along with a fasted preworkout cardio, I weighed 247.8 in January 3 today is may 11th an I weigh 219. I’ve been working hard it goes along with the diet an just eating healthy thing THAT you like I’ve been making this a lifestyle an my goal is 195. Thanks for the videos you help out a lot my friend
I have body dysmorphia and it is the hardest thing on me mentally, the thing that helped me was taking pictures from where I started to where I am now and it helps alot but when ever i look in the mirror all I see was the same 320 lb man I used to be
I don't think so? Or I am a special case. I am skinny (16.7 BMI) and most people feel cold before I do. I am also able to shower with maximum cold and go into cold pool water without any major problems even though others complain a lot when they do it.
I started walking about 2 months ago because I fell for a chick. It didn't work out, but the walking was. I had quit walking too because I was sad. So I picked myself up last week and started waking again, over 3 days I shot straight up to 40,000 steps in one day. The blisters pulled me back to 20-30,000. Then I got a smart scale, as I didn't have any scale. I have dropped 3.6lbs in 6 days! And lost about 2-2.5% body fat. I even started doing pushups (the bane of my existence!) Its almost as if life has a little more shine to it every day. Till I meet the next chick and this process repeats!
Great Overview. I lost 50 pounds some years ago to help with my medical conditions but because of covid and a shoulder injury I’ve gained 25 of it back and really looking to get back at working on my weight again by making myself a home gym & looking after my Diet. This is very inspiring +1 Sub. :)
I really love and appreciate the scientific and evidence based approach that u take in almost every single vide you make. But would it be possible for you to also post the links to these sources that you cite? That would be great
As someone reluctantly taking steroids for a life threatening medical condition (the choice was take them and deal with the consequences later, or die - yes it was that serious!) I can confirm just how difficult it can be to come off them. In my case it was a couple of years reducing them gradually under close medical supervision. At one stage I was unable to even look after myself, let alone work, for a month due to the unbelievable fatigue. While now totally off them for over a couple of decades, the consequences of having been on them remain significant. I even had to have my doctor confirm that my occasional aggressive behaviour was a side effect of my medical treatment and have a note on my company record to protect me from disciplinary action. I also know of a young man taking steroids to build muscle who was sacked because his personality change was totally unacceptable in a customer facing environment.
Never seen one fight in the gym ever not even hardcore ones at top bodybuilding events. I've done cycles and admit tren was the only one to make me "snappy" But this roid rage thing is rare Also anabolics and test etc are only given for low testosterone etc. The other steriods don't have that effect not saying your lying just sounds fishy to me as some one who been around gyms and steriods for 30 years. I've done them on and off myself for over 10 and I'm not abusive or violent where my girls ex's where ones behind the door for murder one was a kid a women abuser none took steriods. Rare side effects for few are causing stigmatized.thinking.
@goldenera80sman What I didn't mention was that I was also under the (unofficial) guidance of a friend, which rather annoyed my doctor until I said his name. "Oh, he wrote the book!" was the rather subdued response, as he realised why I was rather better informed about my situation and options than a usual patient. He was involved with the British Olympic team performing studies about how steroids could be used to enhance performance. At that time, they were considered a wonder drug with untapped possibilities. He was horrified by the adverse reactions exhibited by some of the test subjects who were assessed under laboratory conditions rather than observations by the unqualified at a gym. It was as a direct result of his work that steroids were banned.
@@neilpickup237wow , if you don't mind my asking what health condition would you have that you are told to take steroids? And how much do you have to take ? Are you a man ? Can you come off them after a while or is this forever now ?
@FelixMendelson It was sarcoidosis, and I was on a very high dose of 60mg per day for a.male whose illness had taken his weight down to a little over 9 stones, but that was in a hospital environment. I was weened off over a period of over 2 years, and the last 5mg was the worst.
RE: Cardio and weight loss. People should know that while cardio isn't good for weight loss, it is good for overall cardiovascular health (O2 processing, heart condition, etc.) Hence the name -- cardio. Cardio is typically good for getting blood pressure under control and lowering the rate of heart disease. But compared to other forms of exercise, it's not great for weight loss.
Im speaking for myself but cardio was top notch for my weight loss, specially cardio done with an empty stomach. Didnt reduce fat, didnt reduce prots, reduced carbs a bit tho.
Cardio, especially running is much more difficult to fake. Weight lifting is easier to to not push yourself and there can be a more rest periods, especially as a beginner.

Amazing 👌 ,, You are a hero, mate ✌
Damnnn nice broo

I promise!
Same. I work out as a form of therapy and stress relief. It just feels like over that hour, all my problems seem to be non-existent
As a fellow married man who also works out for health reasons, I agree.
I cant imagine how I would ever motivate to work out without being hard on myself
Yeah your right but it’s still hard not to
I'm happy it worked out for you.

Walking is the best exercise
Eat healthy. Walk 30 mins a day. Check you sugar intake. You will be happy, live longer.
Combine walking, a few sprints per week, and some light weightlifting. And to get variation: add some biking and swimming.
Totally agree. Also, I would add "drink water" and "eat whole foods", and have a wide diet that includes all sorts of nutrients and vitamins. And don't eat crap, and if you do, do it the minimum possible. Just by doing that you are going to go far.
How much do you eat in a day? Are you watching your carbs?
Why would i want to live longer 😫 i just want a nice short life xd
Yes, I am keeping a check on carbs. Maybe around 100 gram a day. Lost 30+ pounds
Damn, I thought that working out with good intensity and a healthy diet was enough, but sometimes when watching these kind of videos I get the impression that in order to be in shape and healthy you need to be a scientist, a nutritionist and a cheff at the same time...
Yeah it feels like that quite a lot. It can be seriously discouraging, especially if you can't afford any assistance, like planners and whatnot.
The problem with people on TH-cam is they believe everything they see live life bruh these dudes don’t really know shit
Those people exist.

I think intermittent fasting helps you by eating a big meal, and it also increases HCG and testosterone and decreases insulin
i love how he gives both sides of the facts and gives all the information by not being discriminated towards one side
I literally lost 70 lbs in 2013 and still thought I was only gonna be happy after losing 20 more lbs... I was 199 at 6'1
Same here I’m 5,10 and and lost 80 pounds and I’m now 136 and people say I look good but I’m just not happy wit my self

Fit is not Necessary

Etc... etc...

Great video, emphasizing that mental fitness is just as important as physical fitness!
The human Body is not created in entirely symmetric way so it is absolutely normal.

I'm 5'5" 150lbs 14% body fat. No six pack and i feel so much better eating healthy and exercise than eating junk and exercise
@Christian Torres I’m also 5,5 but weight 200 but I’m not as fat as I was back then I was like 230, I can do way more than before I can finally do pull up and run for 15 min straight and etc
And I still eat junk but not as much it make sick now
How old are you guys?

It's really hard to accept these things and i have so much sympathy for anyone struggling with any form of body dysmorphia.
arent u sure that youre not trans?

I am highly considering ZMA!
the injury part is true! injuries at the gym are inevitable, small or serious ones always be careful with weights!!
I’m going for that 8% look I’ll happy and confident with my physique then I estimate I’m about 8 weeks out with consistent work I’ll achieve 💪

From what I can tell it's mostly based on lucky genetics, but you can eat foods that'll help you to be more full
good vid really well set up and very informative, thanks.
One of the reasons why I like your channel is because you break down everything, you even show analysis and research results
some good points.
This is by far the best video I’ve seen in the last couple of months. great information! Thank you bro.

I’d say working out fasted is some of the best things ever along with a fasted preworkout cardio, I weighed 247.8 in January 3 today is may 11th an I weigh 219. I’ve been working hard it goes along with the diet an just eating healthy thing THAT you like
I’ve been making this a lifestyle an my goal is 195. Thanks for the videos you help out a lot my friend
How tall are you
I have body dysmorphia and it is the hardest thing on me mentally, the thing that helped me was taking pictures from where I started to where I am now and it helps alot but when ever i look in the mirror all I see was the same 320 lb man I used to be
I'm trying to lose weight and gain muscle so I can hit my penultimate goal to achieve before I hit 35 of climbing the Matterhorn in Sweden.

Excellent content. Thanks.
A video like this was needed a long time ago. Thank you so much! I have experienced almost all of them.
I really love how your information is backed by publications.
Let me add “you will be cold most of the time” I’m always cold now even at temp at 75
I literally got my answer to a question the past 2months lol
I don't think so? Or I am a special case. I am skinny (16.7 BMI) and most people feel cold before I do. I am also able to shower with maximum cold and go into cold pool water without any major problems even though others complain a lot when they do it.
Well educating. Thanks for the video
Did anyone notice Indian Action actor and martial arts freak Mr. Vidyut Jamwal. Scene is from Movie Commando.
Very true. Everyone says I look good . All eyes on me when I walk but I just can't see what everyone else see. It's depressing
I even started doing pushups (the bane of my existence!)
Its almost as if life has a little more shine to it every day. Till I meet the next chick and this process repeats!
Remember people balance and moderation is what is needed.

I've done cycles and admit tren was the only one to make me "snappy"
But this roid rage thing is rare
Also anabolics and test etc are only given for low testosterone etc.

For diet, I reccomend to visit Asia for example Japan or In europe like France.
Im speaking for myself but cardio was top notch for my weight loss, specially cardio done with an empty stomach. Didnt reduce fat, didnt reduce prots, reduced carbs a bit tho.
same here cardio = -20 lbs for me while eating healthy and no fast food whatsoever last year during covid
Cardio, especially running is much more difficult to fake. Weight lifting is easier to to not push yourself and there can be a more rest periods, especially as a beginner.
