yeah you are right alloy would probably Crack just throwing out ideas steel would be the way to go stronger better radiator protection if you ever hit anything

it's 42 in light to light 11 half in bottom corner to the top of grill 3 inch between the grill bars from the back of the grill to radiator support panel is 3 inch

Lucas Hernandez You would need access to a plasma table, to cut out all of the parts and letters (unless you are really good at cutting out parts with a hand plasma gun) You would need to be able to weld to put everything together and then bolt it onto the truck.
