    డాక్టర్ గారు మీరు చెప్పిన విధంగా నేను 2 నేలలు " వన్ మిల్ ఇన్ ఎ డే " పాంటించాను. చాలా నిష్ఠగా చేశాను. 9 kgs బరువు తగ్గిపోయాను చాలా హెల్డీ గా తగ్గేను 83kgs నుండి 74 kgs కి వచ్చా చాలా హ్యాపీగా వుందండి. మీకు tanx చెప్పాలని msg చేస్తున్నా డాక్టర్ గారు.

      Nenu dinner cheyanu sir......only one chapati nd small curd without rice......I will have curd with curry only.....upto now I didn't suffer with weight, but few months back I was diagnosed with thyroid without my notice I started gaining weight. Before I used to maintain 48 to 50kgs only never crossed that weight. But suddenly I gained 58kgs I always keep away fast foods, fatty foods chocolates, ice creams etc. Only two idlies or dosa or any tiffin only two....I will have breakfast at 10a.m, lunch at 2pm in between I won't take any food mostly. In between I will complete home work. Later at 4:30pm I will have tea. Nd again at nite 10pm I will take one chapati with more curry nd one cup curd. But still I'm gaining weight. Can u suggest me healthy process of losing weight. If in any case If I have Snacks, sweets, ice cream but I will take in limit.
