For me it helped swimming with the big soft collar on and walking with it on too. Strengthened my muscles so much that I today swim without collar on at all (swim with very straight neck), and I can do walks both with a very small collar and the big one. Walking around the house I can often do without. I still have the problems but it has got better. Some periods it gets worse.

You had me at “upright MRI or CT scan!” I finally found a chiropractor who found that I have a 5mm subluxation at the OA joint. His treatment decreased my 1” leg length discrepancy, but it took another year of searching to find a PT who could help with hip, shoulder and neck pain. Both of these health specialists required a commitment from me to block out 5 hours of my day for a weekly visit due to the lack of locally trained providers.

Thank you for sharing! It’s great to hear that you found someone who is knowledgeable about cervical instability. It is so important to work alongside specialists who have knowledge of your conditions. We wish you the best on your journey to recovery!

@@kimberlyrolon4328 I saw a PT in Raleigh, NC for 4 weeks who uses TMR - Total Motion Release - Chip Moseley. TMR is a specialty certification that is a great tool for treating pain and correcting faulty movement patterns.

How would someone who has been debilitated by a condition with the symptoms of CCI survive the treatment if they are unable to work but CCI isn't a well informed condition that qualifies people for disability. I have a friend I'm worried about who is seeking all the help to recuperate but also needs the assistance to survive while recuperating and regaining stability.

Have you heard about Long Covid or Post Viral Fatigue? Basically you get all the symptoms; Brain fog, blurred vision, POTS, Fatigue, etc...
I've been suffering from it after a vaccine im January and nobody has been able to help me.
Do you know why it happens and if there is any connection with this? I wonder how is it related, what is the mechanism and why it happens.

That’ sounds like mRNA injury, not long Covid
