Do you guys offer virtual PT to people out of state? I’m wanting to move back to ATX but need to feel better before I come back and would love to work with you guys!
We certainly do! You can reach out to us via our inquiry form online and we will get you set up!
@ doing this now!!
Oh wow😮
AuDHDer (commonly associated) and my great aunty couldn't yawn too far without locking/dislocating her jaw. Can do the thumb thing. Currently got back of the knee pain. It's cold and I've been running around after my daughter. But I don't know if I exactly fit any of the types..
Them thighs raised ny heart rate
It worked!!
If I do more push ups and I am hyper it will affect me in injuries ? Should i do something different than push ups . Omg
Ok well I failed. thanks
The ❌ version is like every second yoga teacher 🥹
3 abdominal surgeries to open- so much pain and lumps externally visible
When I have the events, I ALWAYS fall backwards, am paralyzed but can speak thru my teeth. Lasts 30 to 60 secs. I'm undiagnosed. Started at 14. I'm 48. Dr's claim I'm a mystery ....I call bs
What’s the chin exercise for
It is a combo to give spatial awareness and low grade neck muscle activation for stability
Is this ok to do on someone with scapular winging?
Yes, you can use but you also may need an additional taping technique for the scapular winging
What opposing muscles should I train for my hypermobile shoulders? Thank you
This is a great question! We will actually post a video soon on this specific topic
@@parrpt thank you brother
It doesn’t work for me 🙁
Dr schubiner says scar tissue doesn't cause pain its the subconscious brain
Thanks your advice. I will keep on index card in my pocket for instant reminder. Sometimes I do "7" breathing. Inhale deeply then exhale slowly for a count of 7, and do 7 times. I also post "SLOW" .
Thank you for this video! I have it in my knee and can barely stand up the pain is so bad. 😕 I have to start PT soon for that and patellafemoral pain syndrome in both knees. I’m so nervous because I have severe neurological pain and muscle pain from fibromyalgia, lupus and other illnesses so i don’t heal like healthy people and when others are just sore im in 15/10 pain. It’s scary to go knowing it will be that painful after.
I been practicing controlling my heart rate for a long time. I can increase it and decrease it at will.
I find cat cow hurts by stretching my shoulders too much
Thank you. I see my new doctor in 2 days and I suspect POTS, EDS, and possibly MALS. These are good simple questions.
You’re welcome, I hope it helps!
Have you ever worked with patients who have had Thoracic Outlet Syndrome Surgery in which all R scalenes were cut out and scarred down tight to second rib.. because entire 1st rib was also cut out..with R winged scapula.. and dumped by retired surgeon 2 decades ago. Is there any hope?? You guys are good!! Yes- whole body connected!!
We have seen a few cases and all of them still progressed so I would say there definitely is still hope!
@@parrptHow does a person find a therapist like you in Northern CA?

Thank you❤
You’re welcome!
How's 55 to 73
The text is all over the knee area so I can’t actually see clearly
Thanks for leaving a comment, we will try to avoid that moving forward!
I dislocated my left shoulder, by accidently letting it relax, as I shook a towel, to straighten it out, while folding clothes. I think I have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, but haven't proven it, medically, yet.
Cool, thank you! Please explain the dangers of crossing our legs when sitting. I am a candidate for left knee replacement because I've crossed my left leg over my right knee when sitting down. As a result I have stretched tendons on the lateral side of my knee and have arthritis on the medial surfaces. Literally millions of knees will be saved as a result. Please share your infinite knowledge on this subject. Thank you
How should you tape for CCI?
Try dynamic tape much stronger and longer lasting. Slightly different applications. Will wreck your skin.
Wow, thank you.
You’re welcome!!
I have EDS and it’ be s kind a cool bc I bend my fingers and my classmates say I don’t have any bones 😂😂😂
The combination of Kaishor Guggul and Planet Ayurveda's Joint Aid Plus will also act as a knee support.
Nice 🎉
Doesn't work at all.
Whats best test for heart?eeg, stress test etc..
The testing can vary depending on what you are looking to test but typically the Doctors will be able to provide information on what is needed specific to your condition. I know it's vague but it's a bit more complex depending on the condition
I was not aware of this. Thanks so much for the info!!
You’re welcome, happy to help!!
Do these apply to a smaller plane like a cessina?
Yes, this does apply!
How would someone who has been debilitated by a condition with the symptoms of CCI survive the treatment if they are unable to work but CCI isn't a well informed condition that qualifies people for disability. I have a friend I'm worried about who is seeking all the help to recuperate but also needs the assistance to survive while recuperating and regaining stability.
Thanks for the comment! I am not sure what type of treatment you are referring to?
Hello i am completely new to this. What are these tapes actually called when we go to medical shops ? I wanted to purchase one.
You can find this tape that is already pre-cut at any grocery, Walgreens, CVS, etc.
@@parrpt oh Okay, Thanks a lot for sharing this 🙏
You didn't mention orthostatic hypotension. Some have that, not POTS. Some have both.
Orthostatic hypotension is when she explains the symptoms when you stand up and the blood pressure drops. You do not need to have POTS to have orthostatic hypotension but mainly we wanted to explain the difference between the 2 conditions since it can be a bit confusing. Thanks for your response!
Thanks for the vids! It will be great if we knew the length of the tape. Keep up the good work!
They are pre-cut when you buy them so it's already ready to go!
Where’s the rest?

I have Ehlers Danlos syndrome and have been in horrific nerve pain (tip of hot iron pain) from my ribs subluxating all day long. I sure hope this helps prevent it from happening! Thank you for the video!
You're welcome, I hope it helps!
Can you tape a side for multiple purposes? I have shoulder subluxation but my levator and trap are also taped. Can I do both?
Yes, you certainly can, it just depends on what you are trying to accomplish with the taping for each individual area
… the pain got worse😳
Since it did not improve, it may not be associated with the upper trapezius muscle. Again, headaches can be a bit complex but if it is associated with upper trapezius tightness, it'll likely reduce or even eliminate the headache.
So just one piece? Will this help with someone playing baseball? And should we do it just before the games or starting now to let it heal?
We use one piece and allow for use prior to sports and removing after. You can also use as a way to reduce stress in that area prior to returning to that sport.
Where is your location?
We are located in Houston and Austin, TX!
