I think we need a complete investigation into all judges in the country. Any that keep criminals on the street need to be removed and disbarred. They are activist not judges.
Seriously! Some of these videos are truly wild. I had no idea Wisconsin was such a lawless wasteland until I started watching this channel. Apparently you can get away with just about anything in Wisconsin -- car theft, drug dealing, bank robbery, assault, etc. -- with nothing but a slap on the wrist & a $100 signature bond. It's fucking mindblowing.
I would really like to hear from some DA’s & judges as to the rationale for letting these psycho criminals out over & over & over. I know that sadly, a large factor is the overcrowding of prisons
It's like house training a puppy. When he soils the floor, he's got to be punished. That's how they learn. If you let it go, then one day decide he's a full grown dog that should be housebroken by now, so you decide to punish him with an axe, it's not fair to the dog. Society would be better off and the criminals too were they punished more harshly earlier.
@@allisonjames2923 I can probably answer most of this question. It comes down to the type of crimes he's committed. Which it seems are mostly misdemeanors. Like most criminals though, he's no doubt escalating into more and more violence. However, it doesn't seem he's used anything on people, besides words and threats, and the majority of his activities involve damage to property. Now property damage comes with caveats. It's a misdemeanor crime, until it's not. Meaning he does a particular dollar amount of damage, usually under$1000, is misdemeanor, and over is into felony territory. However, with many parts of our system, you can always attempt a plea bargain. Generally you agree to pay the state/county (fine) and provide some free labor (community service) in exchange for lesser charges. Most of the system now is designed to make money. Especially with repeat offenders. They get fined over and over and released over and over. At least until he crosses that line. Once he starts to harm people, jail terms will likely be added, but it won't change much. The terms are short stints, 5-30 days in jail generally. If course there will be fines, and possibly probation. At the end of the day, unless you've done something heinous, these people get treated more like a nuisance than a criminal. At least until they inevitably screw up and really injure someone. It sucks, but we can't hold someone accountable for something they "might" do, they have to actually do it. Hope this helps answer a few of your questions. I'm not a judge, but I am a law study. So, lawyer someday, if I'm lucky. 😂 Be safe out there
Right if he attacked the judge or prosecutor it would magically make a difference in his sentence this piece of human garbage is obviously a menace to society
These people always think they didn't do anything wrong and this video perfectly demonstrates why they think that, because they care about themselves and nobody else, doing something bad against someone else is doing nothing wrong. There is a moment in the video where an officer comes up to him and says "hi, it's me" and he says "I don't care, look what they're doing to me", he doesn't care about anyone else but he expects everyone to care about him. This is sociopathic behavior and a reason a lot of murder happens.
I'm really thankful that we have so many judges who release people on bonds and drop charges. Makes me feel really safe in my home that dangerous people are on the streets
Right? People wanna blame police for all of this, meanwhile officers are doing exceptional work (like these, here). The issue, more often than not, lies with the judicial system.

They can’t get it right 100% of the time but man I am incredibly grateful for the vast majority of men and women who do this thankless job. Thanks for the channel - keep sharing.
These officers seemed to have a level head in this situation. They used the appropriate amount of force and didn't escalate. I've never had any run ins with law enforcement outside traffic stops but I don't trust many of them due to the arrogance and fragile ego many seem to possess. If more were confident and humble with a mindset of just getting a suspect to jail rather than trying to be judge and jury, we'd be in a better place with them.
I agree. US police seemed completely crazy to me. but after seeing these I feel like I understand now much more how it happens. doesn't mean it should happen, but now I can see what may be the reason. it's not defund the police now for me, it's more like fund as much mental help as you can to provide for these officers. must be draining af and people have breaking points...
Yes, I'm sure a man with his wife and small child stopped to spit at you and call you vulgar things 🙄👍 This guy is a menace to the public. He needs to be court ordered to take antipsychotic medication.
It will never happen because if the court orders him to take medication, he'll simply refuse to comply. The court will basically move the LEOs back to square one. The only sure way of the suspect receiving much needed medication is on an in-patient basis. This guy needs 100% control.
I honestly love these officers. He kicks the door shut and the one goes "Well, that's not nice :(" and then they continue to care about his cuffs and how he's feeling even after he cussed them out and literally threatened their lives. So professional, so genuinely compassionate, so important
"If I ever become somebody, you guys are in trouble!" Is both the most delusional and most realistic thing I've heard someone being arrested say. Kids got potential. Or not.
When he said that it made me sad. He is someone's kid and had potential but Now he is just going around stealing, damaging property and probably doing drugs. He is never going to be "somebody" but a burden/menace to society.
It's not a matter of if, but a matter of when this guy causes serious harm to someone else. When that happens, I hope the judges who have continuously let him out on bonds are held accountable.
As someone who was young and dumb and arrest more than a few times in my early 20s, this guy is a joke. Man up, take the ride, bond out, or wait for court and then try and beat it if possible. All this did was make things 10000x worse. I swear people make life so much harder on themselves.
Yes, we in fact have an institution we could involuntarily commit him to that would make this world a better place. It's called "prison". Left wing cities that are soft on crime like La Crosse should try using it.
Isn't that still a thing? Like if you pose a threat to yourself or others you get locked up in a psychiatric hospital. With all due respect, not all bad behaviors stems from mental health problems. In most cases, people who are big time a-holes are just big time a-holes.
There's something wrong with our justice system where people keep getting let out like this. People like him should be taken to a mental facility first.
As someone who used to work in a psych ward, all these people do is attack the nurses and other hospital staff. You can't help someone who doesn't want to be helped. The sooner people realize this, the sooner we can stop wasting resources on these animals.
Well, I mean, the punishment has to fit the crime. Pushing a cop, hitting someone's car, resisting arrest, being a whiny bitch, aren't exactly life sentences.
We don't have mental hospitals anymore. One of the biggest crimes committed by our government in the 1990s was closing all the secure mental facilities. I think that should be a priority after the next election, to rebuild the secure psychiatric facilities in every state and start getting these people to help they need. Leaving them on the street to mess with the public and law enforcement is not sustainable.
They're full. For-profit prisons are the default now. Want more hospitals? Tell your congressional representatives to free up money for them. They don't happen on their own.
I think "Why am I being arrested?" isn't a good strategy after officers tell you why you're under arrest and then you try to attack them and resist like a gay lady.

@@georgevavoulis4758Where I live, he would've been shot. I carry 24/7. We've never had a murder.
@@georgevavoulis4758 where do you live so I can stay away from there! Sorry they doing y’all like that
if that was the case then everyone in SW Wisconsin and SE Minnesota would be in jail.
I have an extensive record. I now am a law abiding citizen. Some people have circumstances and gotta do what they gotta do. Today I don't have to live that way anymore so I dont. People change. What a lousy take.
Sees the bodycam is in LA Crosse... Grabs popcorn, fastens seat belt... Let's go!
*_"I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING ILLEGAL"_*
As he's actively resisting arrest, was hostile towards the officers and had a history of charges related to said behaviour.
People like this, never reflect on their actions and think:
_"What did I do to get myself into this predicament?"_
He was also working on his bike in the middle of the road.
I think the problem is that they don't think at all
Also had a meth pipe on him which is why he didn't want to be searched.
Not to mention he's on fucking camera slashing tires and still denies that's a good reason for him to be under arrest. Dudes out of his fucking mind. A literal waste of air and other resources unfortunately.
You’re a nerd
"You guys are ruining my life"
No, you're doing a pretty good job of that all by your self.
He didn't do nothing 😅
@@lewisnerhe never does anything 😢
what a nice articulate person, great addition to the community
If Code Blue Cam is any indication of the average La Crosse citizen, it appears that this type of guy is fairly normal there.
He's not the only one either. There's gotta be something in the water in Lacrosse. That or the good people of Portland Oregon all moved to Lacrosse. We have some here on the East coast too.
Kicks the door shut... cop responds "That's not nice" 😂 love it!
I feel like I say it every week… thanks as usual La Crosse. The officers in this city deserve a raise that’s for sure.
Regardless of what happens, we all can appreciate the law enforcement officers of lacrosse Wisconsin for how much effort they have to employ to tame the criminality that thrives there. From the DUI to capital crimes we all must give these officers the respect they deserve for protecting our rights and safety
@DontReadMyProfilePicture.185nobody is going to
No
This happens everywhere so let’s appreciate all officers from all departments
I'll appreciate officers once they stop stealing money and provide their services correctly instead of extorting the public and violating people's rights
@@briant2357Aaaaannnnnd..... how did they do that in this instance?
He is essentially blaming his wasted life on these officers. Typical.
Suspect: "I'm not under arrest!"
Cops: "Drats! Foiled again!"
I love how Donut Operator put it. "There's clearly not a single positive male role model in La Crosse."
❤️🍩
Idk I saw 3 perfectly normal male role model cops locking this dirt smear up.
Not even the officers?
Unfortunately, based on La Crosse being La Crosse, the police are viewed as the bad guys.
@markstevenson6635 ok you got me, clearly I didn't intend to include the officers. Those poor guys, I couldn't imagine having their job especially in that city.
These officers have more patience than I could ever have holy moly.
“The devil is inside you.” I think Ronald is legitimately possessed…
Or illegitimately.
It’s the meth lol I had a dude talking to a park bench in honor of someone from the early 1900s and he kept going on about how they had a deep romantic connection
I love how the cops couldnt possibly be any calmer as he screams about how horrible & psycho they are.
Yeah but remember that they are very aware that all of this is being recorded for the purpose of using the footage for a TH-cam video that millions will see lol.
I love how they say “we had you on video” and he’s like “NO.” He’s just decided that hard proof is irrelevant
The fact I remember this guy from previous videos says all you need to know about him
Yup. Ronald is never gonna learn.

lol comment of the day, maybe a priest would help him.
Damn just unleashed a beetle juice situation on these poor cops lol every person on meth I arrested always got assisted to the ground and always got a welcoming party at the sally port with what I call the happy chair
This man does not need to be in Jail, he needs to be in a mental institution.
I'd settle for either if it gets him off the streets. He's a menace.
With all due respect, not all bad behaviors stems from mental health problems. In most cases, people who are big time a-holes are just big time a-holes.
No, a cemetery.
maybe, this dude definitely needs to get off the drugs
No he needs to be held accountable, I bet that "crazy" will turn compliant real quick when threatened with REAL CONSEQUENCES.
The anger is palpable. He needs to be off the street….a danger to anyone he comes in contact with.
I feel like he needs the most hardcore medication out there to calm his belligerent behavior.
If Judges, Law enforcement Aren't doing the job they're supposed to, just picking up a pay packet/ pension, really civilians are on their own!
They're full. For-profit prisons are the default now. Want more hospitals? Tell your congressional representatives to free up money for them. They don't happen on their own.
“Decentralized him to the ground”
😂
"I didn't do anything wrong!"
Throws metal bar at a car.
Yep. Checks out.
It was the metal bar doing it frfr! 😂
Totally a person that deserves to walk the streets with the rest of us.
Great to know any of us can just be minding our business with our family and come across a career maniac like this.
Lmao. Everybody is a mishap away from this. Don't act all mighty.
@@leef.5752 did you watch the video? That’s true in some instances, this guy is a lifelong criminal maniac, not dealing with a mishap lol
Someone will rightly take care of this guy someday when he runs into the wrong person at the right time.
And they will probably get arrested for it

Ironically, yes.
One can only hope.
I can only hope.
I think "Why am I being arrested?" isn't a good strategy after officers tell you why you're under arrest and then you try to attack them and resist like a gay lady.
What kind of gay women you hanging out with?
Is that a local saying?
That's truly unfair to gay ladies. They don't deserve to be compared to Ronald.
These type folks blame everyone else for “ruining” their lives and are seemingly incapable of recognizing how their actions put them in these positions
Methheads
Meth and no mental health institutions can cause things like this to get worse.
I would be down right humiliated to behave like this in public
Man threw every insult in his dictionary at them, those cops barely blinked.

This guy needs to be institutionalized. I don't know if prison or a secure mental hospital/rehab would be better for him, but he needs to be off the streets, period, full stop, no bond. He's going to end up seriously injuring somebody with that hair-trigger temper of his.
Hopefully, that somebody will be carrying and use the necessary self defense.
We don't have mental institutions. Just jails and prisons.
@Christophernorbits that sounds like you favor extra judicial executions of addicts and mentally ill people.
You can look this up. Wisconsin jails are at capacity. Either we raise taxes to pay for new jail facilities, expand current facilities, or let people go.
Exactly.
I really find it hard to believe that calm young man could be someone angry enough to slash someone’s tires…he’s definitely innocent.
Hahahahaha 😇
Such a cowardly lying little man baby deserves far more time than he probably got. Who wants to bet he didn’t show up to his court date?
He certainly is not a man baby….
He is a very sad, mentally disturbed individual, who is a danger to himself & others!
He needs to be institutionalized ….for a very long time! 😢 . F
@@patb9463yea as someone who has ptsd and c-ptsd myself I can tell this is absolutely a man riddled with violent ptsd who is having frequent attacks in public. I’m sorry for whatever happened to him to make him this way but he needs serious help before he is capable of handling even a modicum of societal freedom. It’s not fair but it’s just the way it is.
As someone whose ptsd attacks are non violent and centered around myself/damaging myself/panic that leads to shutting down my heart fully and absolutely goes out to every single human being walking this earth that has been afflicted with a violent form of ptsd. In a moments notice they can snap and even hurt the people they love the most dearly in a moment of blind rage. You have no idea what is actually going on around you during a bad attack it almost feels like a simulation. My prayers go out for this man that he is able to find god, get serious help, and restore his humanity while he is here on this earth. I have met many a man like myself who have found themselves at similar levels of lows to the man in this video and subsequently turned their lives around through tremendous amounts of hard work both bettering themselves and amending their relationships with their communities.
With these hard times we are facing most people simply cannot afford the sacrifices required to communally help every single lost soul in need of saving and a lot of people are unfortunately falling through the cracks. The crazy people roaming the streets were simply a long time coming, the trickle down effect of the destruction to our society that has slowly been creeping into fruition.
You think he got out with a $25,000 bond…. WHILE HOMELESS?!
I assure you, he didn’t. They knew exactly where he was… probably solitary if I had to bet.
