Thanks. I usually do hide that main line under the fender. This bike has that chrome bumper that got in the way of easily being able to route it under the fender. I would of had to modify the tank mount to be able to move the inlet of the tank out of the way of that bumper.

Probably under the seat or a side panel, depending on the installer. If that is good, I would check the accessory fuse in the main fuse block. That should be where power on for the system is connected. Another possibility is the pressure switch. If it is bad you can jump the two wires going to the pressure switch to turn the pump on. But you will have to disconnect it otherwise the pump will keep running.
Been thinking of doing this but curious if having the Rockford fosgate system wire harness on the side of the saddlebag get in the way of the tank on a 2016 road king?
@empcycleworks it's not a CVO but it does have 5inch streached bags and probeamfillerz? What would be the difference? The probeam fillerz i plan on removing I don't care for those anyhow Thanks I wouldn't want to have to move the pouch somewhere else and have a hole in my saddlebag probably just have to buy a new set of bags😢
The safety valve is also a badass way to drop the rear end. It's especially fun on a bike with full air ride.

I don’t know the size of the tank. The volume is not a gallon. And the pressure valve is set to something like 120 psi. But I don’t know for sure

In this kit, the only thing that is adjustable is the air pressure
Where psi did you have on gauge when you set belt tension?
Normally it is 10psi. But you have to make sure you check at the tightest part of the travel

I would check the fuse for the system. Should be a 20 amp inline fuse. Sometimes the pump turns on and blows the fuse from the amp spike.

If it is a cvo it could be in the way. I’m not sure about the fosgate setup. But you can make anything work.
