Thank you for being you, and doing what you love, and giving us the experience of seeing what you see and hearing how well you describe it. Very well spoken and so kind.

I like my pho with chili pepper garlic oil paste and lime squeeze and a few jalepeno slices with alot of meat. Spicy and sour beefy broth. So fun to drink it after you're done.
Love your channel. Love pho. We are lucky to have Vietnamese friends that make it alot. So delicious. Also tried good ramen today, with Japanese fried chicken. It was delicious. Cant believe i found it in kansas city.
Next time you are in Denver, I highly recommend Domo Restaurant for country style japanese food! When you go back to New Saigon, get their goi dac biet (pork, octopus, jellyfish, and shrimp salad).
Hi, Mikey! Thank you for brightening my days with your amazing videos. It is truly a pleasure to see the world through your eyes, your description of the food makes it feel almost as if I were tasting it as well haha I wish you the very best!
Fresh to your channel Mikey! You look so familiar, then I realized my father in law watched you all the time eating different foods! Love your material, you inspire so many people to be genuine and explore the world of food and vlogging 🔥🔥
Yeeess!!! Pho Duy! Favorite go to spot for Viet food in Denver! @mikeychen, I’m a private chef in Aspen, come back for another visit. Happy to tour you around!
Next Time you're in Boulder try "Zoe Ma Ma's" if your in Downtown/Pearl Street for some more tradition asian cuisine. I recommend the CPR (Chicken Potato Rice).
Mikey is my type of dude! Boulder is definitely a place to go for hipster food but the Federal Blvd area in Denver is one of the best places in the US for authentic Vietnamese food XD
Denver native here! if you ever come back to colorado, one of the best Vietnamese restaurants here is PHO LE on parker rd. right by yale, they have THE BEST pho soup. Literally almost every weekend my family orders soup from there. I don't know what it is, but their broth is SOOOOOO good.
Yay, another Colorado video!! I'm from a small town about 3hrs from Denver so I've never been able to try any of the food you show, but I was able to recognize a few places from this one! I hope you come back to Colorado soon!
2 vids in one day. We are truly blessed! Boulder is definitely not the place to go for food. The hardest parts about leaving Denver, were leaving the mountains behind and leaving the Pho behind. Mike please give us a membership on strictly dumpling so we can support your channel. Please!
I am really waiting for your next Japan trip... I’ve gone a year ago, stayed in Shizuoka and I am addicted to your Japan videos... love it. Your Japan videos are the BEST
Boulder, Pearl Street , near the end of the walking street, on the right. Classic Italian. Fill you up. Extra rich, creamy, cheesy. Look for the red and white checked tablecloths.
Vietnamese food is delicious ,light and refreshing..I love all the dishes you tried and it was great visiting your home in the woods before you move to Seattle ..love your vid Mikey they are just the best..💗🤗...x
I’m only halfway through the video and you’ve inspired me to go to these restaurants. I live just 8 miles from Pho Duy and can’t believe I’ve never been there!
OMG Mikey! You were in Boulder? Dude, I can show you where the good food is in Boulder! I've been a cab driver here for nearly 10 years and now I"m dring Lyft. Chez Thuy!! The last place in this video in Denver used to be called Kings Land. Agreed, awesome restaurant! Pho' Duy is also considered one of the best as well. Chez Thuy in Boulder is the bomb gotta stay away from downtown... too expensive!
There is a place in Colorado called the Fort on the side of a mountain great view. In Morrison that is top notch place to eat they serve venison, buffalo, rattlesnake, rocky mountain oysters etc. and regular food as well when available, if they are still there. Check that out if you get a chance...
That summer roll with the crunchy bit inside, I believe that is actually cured and fermented pork! It's called "nem" and is different from grilled pork.
Pho Duy is one of my favorite! I'm born and raised and still live in Denver, right down the street from Pho Duy near Federal Blvd actually. Next time you're here, check out Pho 95, that's my #1 favorite!

Mikey! Good seeing you in my hometown. Next time you're in, check out New Saigon (I believe the daughter of the owner was the one who started Savory Vietnam Pho and Grill) and Bronze Empire. While the selection here is small compared to the bigger cities, there are certainly some hidden gems!
I'm Vietnamese, and when I travel I always go for Chinese (not American-Chinese) food. When I come home from traveling, my first place to go eat is Vietnamese food. Hahaha We're so similar!
If you are ever back in Denver you should try Tony's pho! Its right next to Pho Duy. They have a amazing spicy broth for their pho and its super flavorful.

“Crab is never economical if you’re not at a buffet “. Words to live by!! 🦀🦀🦀
But for 60$ I must say that the amount was rather lacking from what I was able to see.
Catch it yourself and can get 6 full sized ones for less then 10$ and can do that at least 3 times a week here.
hey baby u want me pay u crab money
