Yes but the problem is, if you don't put a ton of sugar in sweet things, you can't hide the fact that it has no good taste of its own. That's why all the cheap candy is so sweet.

I love Vietnamese food. It’s so fresh, tasty, a bit of spice and crunchy texture. The banh mi is fabulous (gotta find a good place though). That first restaurant knew they were onto a good thing with Mikey in the house.
I like how mike chen asking different friends asking how diverse those taste like and how they can describe all of what they taste like on their perspespective really put them into something that they can describe. It also gives me more room about food. Everything about food is good but it will be better on how you appreciate them

I have the same playstation t shirt :). Also my love for ramen/soups in general is so in depth like you feel about it. When you mentioned how that first sip of some amazing ramen or soup gives you that emotional connection, that hit home. I strive to always improve in my ramen or soup skills in general. My favorite is red pork Pozole and I like to eat it with ramen as well as the hominy corn. Its fire.
