You should try this place called “Big Daddys Homeplate Barbeque” in Haverstraw, New York. About 45 mins from NYC. it’s the best bbq in rockland county ny!
I was a bit surprised that he didn't know what was a "Smash" Burger was at his Chef's friends "Usual" restaurant. Then latter on in the video he talks about his favorite burger which was basically the same thing, Both were spread thin and then folded over, with the cheese over flowing getting grilled. I have never heard of this style of burger, but after seeing them...I MUST have one! I might have to make do, and just make one myself, if I can't find any place that makes them where I live.
