- Hello, Today's recipe is Soft & Moist Vanilla plain cake .. I should say this is the easiest cake recipe to make.
And you can store the cake slices in refrigerator for about 1 week. I hope you will give this a try . Bake this super easy vannila plain cake and make your kid happy.:)
1.Plain cake Recipe
Ingredients:
Butter: 125 gm
Sugar: 125 gm
Eggs : 3 Nos.
Vanilla Essence: 1 teaspoon
Milk Powder: 20 gms
Flour: 125 gms
Baking Powder: ½ teaspoon
Method:
1.Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
2. Add vanilla to eggs.
3. Now add about half eggs to the butter mixture. Mix well till no traces of eggs are seen.
4. Then add the milk powder and mix.
5. Once the milk powder is incorporated, add the remaining eggs and mix till no traces of egg are seen.
6. Sieve the flour. Add baking powder to it and mix well with a spoon.
7. Now fold in the flour using a spatula in the mixture.
8. Pour the batter into prepared containers.
9. Bake in 2 round containers of 5-inch diameter or small loaf tins.
10. Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 30-35 minutes.

What should be baking oven settings, apart from temperature and time. I mean we should set the function knob of lower heating plate only or top and bottom both

@@tastyfood1234 how about 125gms butter and sugar you've written in the description? I understand you substitute butter with oil but you only use ½ cup of oil and sugar..and i don't know if i'm mistaken but i see no milk powder being added in your video. Btw.. your ingredients list in the description works great👍🏻
