I'm sorry, but the Israel Azieli Spiral tower is just friggin' stunning, man. So, I'm looking forward to that being built. The others just look boring, and you can't tell them apart from one another. I have questions. Why do we have billions of homeless families on earth but the new mega city construction only consists of luxury apts condos and penthouse suites with slips for yachts and parking for private planes ? Are they building a world for the rich insider elite as the population increases and poverty is gaining ground in the modern global economies ?
Where are the vast majority of the worlds people going to live ? Why has construction of affordable housing declined in the past 3 decades ? And where are all of the immigrants going to live if even the citizens dont have affordable housing ? It does not look very equitable or inclusive in the new world order i see being constructed. It looks frightening.

The Chinese government is so strict. Kontraktourz are prohibited from constructing towers beyond 500 m. Residents are as well prohibited from possessing real estate unless they're village-indigenous. They won't be any very tall public housing buildings although the country is always having population boom.🥢
