    Any protein suggestions for a vegan who can’t have: gluten, soy, oats, chickpeas, fava bean protein, isolated pea protein, potatoes, corn - and a few fruits 🫠

      Lol sounds like pretty limited but at least you can have nuts? Could get the powdered peanut butter for a protein boost but not sure what you would use it with with all those restrictions 😬

    How to add more protein but lower the carbs? 😢 no surprise you are not hungry when all this is more than 1500 kcal and for a short person this is amount that would be above daily kcal allowance to maintain weight

      That’s more calories than my maintenance as well and I’m 5’5”

      Why can’t you have whole carbs? To increase metabolism, weight lifting Can help. I’m 5’4” and was around 165 before building and breaking my ~1800Cal maintenance/plateau. Was walking at work but with lifting has helped me be able to eat more, but I’m also not focusing on weight loss but strength training.
