The American Dream doesn't't exist currently in its current format. My 23 year old tells me, " Dad, I can never afford a house." He's right. My husband served our country for over 20 years and I’ve worked in medicine for 25 and I knew something was really wrong when my elderly patient’s would tell me they could afford food or medicine but not both. There is a frustration in his voice and message that is eluding to being taxed from the Rich in our Government and that we are paying for programs that people are abusing and milking the system. We the taxpayers are working for all those programs on top of being taxed heavily by the Government so we don't get anywhere in our own lives or be able to support our families.
