My son was born with that strawberry blonde hair. Now he’s got bright red hair and grew out a beard just like this one Oliver has. It’s crazy seeing him sing because it’s like looking at my son in a 15 year flash forward. LoL
My kids have Welsh genetics from me and then my husbands family has tons of redheads as Azorian Portuguese. Both genes together created some crazy bright redheads :) the other kids, blonde but different colored eyes..all of them.
We never thought we’d have the red heads but here we are. So proud of them.

👍🏻I started out with strawberry hair which turned brown…when I started growing a beard in college it came out red. It’s mostly gray now. Back in the day it had black, brown, a couple shades of red, blonde and even some platinum (clear) strands here and there…but it just looked red.

I’m a retired (from the enlisted Navy) disabled submariner, still trying to work 50,60 hours a week to keep my family afloat. I’m to the point where the only real retirement I will see is my final rest in Christ. What I’m trying to say, a lot of my life was somewhat rewarded for good hard work, I can’t imagine the mess we have left for our children (for perspective I’m 59 father of 7). When I hear this heartfelt, desperate cry from our youth I know I have failed my country. I pray Oliver keeps the courage to strengthen the People of America.

I used to live in Fredericksburg, VA ,which is 50 miles north of Richmond and D.C is 50 miles north of Fredericksburg up I-95. Politics in D.C stunk in the 90's and stinks even worse today.

There's a few bits of word play in here- when he says he wants politicians to look out for miners and not just minors on an island, he's talking about coal miners. He's in Appalachia and coal mining is a massive industry, but it is also dangerous and a few well connected mine owners (Blankenship) have gotten off totally free for accidents (like bad ones- lots of people killed) by mine collapses, explosions, etc. The minors on the island is about politicians who have been implicated in the Jeffrey Epstein creepiness. Also, the rich men north of Richmond is a clever reference to politicians and lobbyists in Washington DC.
