Emerson lake and Palmer when he was in school, also Pink Floyd, Rolling Stones , Beatles, cream and a few more that he told me but I have already forgotten lol
I don't think I realized that there was a Gators Dockside in both Spanish Springs and Brownwood. We've only been to the one in SpSp. And I learned that RJ Gators is completely unrelated. House of the week is lovely. Our Lifestyle visit home was a 3/2 Chatlotte in Atwood Bungalows and the masterbath/closet area was completely different. That one had a roman shower, double sink and his-hers closets. What caught my eye the most was the lithograph on the wall beside the dining room sliding door. It's a Itzchak Tarkay. My husband and I collect Tarkay. This seller has great taste!
The Sand Dollar model that sold for $255K...on the market for 174 days...I found the home on line. I am surprised this home didn't sell for more $ & faster. Happy Independence Day Jana & Cameraman!
Good morning Jana, glad to see that the Sand Dollar sold for $255k. We're still selling within hours, multiple bids, above asking up here in suburban Cleveland. That St Charles III was VERY nice, I've never heard of that model, and I've heard of most of them. Those nachos were a real throwback (for me) to the 80s, when nachos and potato skins were all the rage. Still love 'em both, with lots of sour cream. HOTW is only two minutes from "Jerry and Linda's" house. Is it turnkey? We prefer a single sink with lots of counter space, because we share a sink now, even though we have two. There was a CV up at The Cottages of Summer Chase a few years ago ( I think the address was 2969 Ashland Ave) that was a corner end unit with a pool, do you remember that one? I would definitely add one, if space allowed. I love "criss cross" vines on a wall, as can be seen on Palm Beach, so pretty! I really enjoyed this HOTW, and found an interesting article on Meyer lemons.
Wow, you have been a busy lady, I don’t remember the CV with a pool. HOTW is very nice but it’s not turn key. I haven’t enjoyed nachos so much for a few years.
I like you showed the garage with a car in it so we can see how much room you really have, would be nice to see the golf cart in there as well. Great video today.
I agree it would be good to show the golf cart in the garage, unfortunately on this occasion there wasn’t a golf cart available. Good idea though and thank you for taking the time to comment.
Gators Dockside sure brought back some great memories! As you know we reserved seating each week to cheer for our college team. 👏👏💪 Happy birthday tomorrow to Cameraman! 🎉🎂👏👏❤️
Great video! Never thought we would hear a shout out to Emerson, Lake, and Palmer on your channel. Who is Cameraman’s favorite British band?

We like to be informative and helpful when we can. I will take a look at that next time I am there.

It is surprising, I thought it was a nice home. Turned out to be a hood value

I love the map showing the home location! So helpful to us long distance house hunters!!
We are going to include more maps/locations in future Videos. Thank you for taking the time to comment. We appreciate that.

It did for us too John. It won’t be long before you are back there.
Thank you Jana and Cameraman for #134!!!
You are very welcome Steve
What does it cost the homeowner to have someone take care of the lawn and shrubs? 🏠
Hi. I pay $65 per month for Lawn cutting but I do my own shrubs, I’m not sure what that would cost
