When I was in middle school, I was often bullied for being "Ugly" then one day in 8th grade I got sick of being pushed around and finally stood up for myself. My confidence skyrocketed and literally just a few months later in grade 9, I started getting compliments about how pretty I am wherever I went. And heres the thing, between those two stages, absolutely nothing changed about my physical appearance. Just my attitude and confidence.
Self independent Not chasing anyone but your dreams No time for gossip You are honest Love yourself and accept who you are You have established your priorities You know how to manage your emotions. You are intelligent Learn things every day,add value to your life,add value to people's life. Brilliant communication You allow people speak and you listen.

That’s the thing that kept me interested in watching the whole video. I almost wondered why I am I going to watch it before I started it (my mistake for judging a book without reading it!). I didn’t expect that the information shared would be well thought and really meaningful for everyone. She’s basically giving tips on how to be your best self no matter what and no matter who you are . she never mentioned once about physical appearance. Loved watching it well done 👍

You see something and you go at it DESPITE THE NAYSAYERS, very admirable!! tbh your paged pulls intertest because you are a female touching many matters where females would shy about and men would either be puzzled or dig extensively or rather go to lengths that may not be good for ones mental health. Jessica, you are truly sensible person and given the best advice specially to women who are needy and change their personalities like a chameleon just to be attractive to a man. And all that you said is true. You have to first know you are with your beliefs and ethics, go out into the world knowing who you are - your own strengths and weaknesses, be compassionate, treat everybody you encounter with the same respect and be straight and honest and people will always gravitate towards you. Liking and loving is a feeling that should surface naturally.
I am becoming this kind of person, and I do feel more attractive than I was before. This video encourages me to keep going in the direction I'm heading.
People will always have something negative to say regardless of what you do and ironically, it is always the people who are clueless about their own lives, who have so much to say about everyone else’s lives. Instead of them introspectively examining their own lives so to find ways to make it better, they’d rather opt to trample on other people’s efforts and try to bring others to their level. I’ve been told many times in my life starting when very young that I was “too quiet “ well this is true yes to this day now I’m 62 years old I am quiet although I do speak to people all the time only if I think that it is worth it and that I will be listened to also. I am not picky I will talk with anyone,anytime it is who I am and always have been . I remember my father telling myself and younger brother that there is one way to learn about life and people and that is to keep your mouth quiet and your ears open. I’m very careful with what I say, I try to say what I mean and mean what I say in my life. Thank You Jessica, it is truly a pleasure to listen to what you teach and have to say!
