What hall.......? 😠 Without Her... its Irrelevance, titles itself, as The Hall of SHAME!!! Some straight neck, goon Suit.. HAD to have had, his Ungentlemanly sexual Advances....DENIED by The QUEEN!!! (can be the only reason, why!!!) But, f*ck 'Em!!! We don't need "them".... To Know, Enjoy and Respect Our QUEEN!!! ❤💋
I’m a weird person where I will have a song I love .. I will then spend forever if needed to find the best live version of the song. I’m talking which not just has the vocals but has the feel, the passion attached. Every live version is different which is what I love .. this is the best promises of the dark.. second to this is cross roads with Martina McBride (holy sh%#) don’t take my word for it find out for yourself or ask Pat herself
Neil is one of the most underrated guitar players ever, f-ing phenomenal! And what is MIND BLOWING is that if you watch a 2021 video of Pat singing PITD, she sounds 99% as good as she did in 2001! Must have been clean living as this is SO rare for a lead vocalist!
What the hell are you talking about? He is not underrated… Any guitar periodical any critic? Any fan will tell you he is among the best… Perhaps you forgot about him for years, but that doesn’t make him underrated
I wonder if she and her husband realize how much their music means to many of us ? It relaxes us brings us back to good times in our lives. Their songs are and will always be priceless to me. I hope to see them again live . The last time was at the Capital Centre in Largo Maryland 1980s.
Neil Giraldo and Pat Benatar ARE STILL MARRIED...Had she not accepted the contract with the record company that signed her, she probably would have continued with her career as a trained Mezzo-Soprano in Opera-and the two may never have met. A BRILLIANT LIFE AND CAREER...KUDOS TO BOTH.
I learned the guitar from Neil - my band in high school played this song and I got a standing ovation for the solo - greatest compliment I ever got was after a gig a guy said "you sound like Pat Benatar guitar player"
I miss playing rock and roll so much, but I can still listen to it and get a little tear in my eye. Best times of my life. Without the audience , it’s nothing. The mutual energy is one of the best things we do as human beings. We rock together and the pinhead suits be damned.
Pat Benetar is a Queen of Rock N Roll. Along with Stevie Nicks, Ann & Nancy Wilson, they paved the way for women to make their mark on musical history. Proving they could indeed Rock with the boys. Pat was lucky to be born with music in her genes. Her mother Millie is a trained opera singer. As fate would have it, her life changed when met Neil Giraldo. Now 30+ years later, Pat & Spyder are STILL going strong. Its hard to believe but Pat celebrated her 60th birthday on 1/10/13. Long Live Rock
Pat got all the attention, but that's one Helluva band behind her. And Neil is highly underrated as a guitarist except probably by other guitar players.
sin ninguna duda que Pat ya no canta esta canción como hace 30 años atrás, en este vídeo se ve simplemente la sombra de lo que fue Pat Benatar como cantante.
Easy. The percussion playing is way off tempo & the guitar playing is lousy. It's like the guitarist & drummer are freelancing 2 different numbers simultaneously. 1 of the worst versions of an iconic classic I have ever heard in my entire life.
@s b The fact remains singers are judged on their live performances every single time they walk out on stage. I didn't think this performance was as good as it needed to be for such an established, iconic singer as Miss Benatar. It's as simple as that. Beautiful job of deflection there BTW. I am not judging all singers in a given era simply a lone live performance. Have a nice day.
@s b So, let get this straight, anybody that disagrees with your opinion is automatically deemed "an asshat?" Please. Did I say Pat had no talent? No. Did I say that she wasn't worthy of the Rock N Roll HOF? No. My sister bought all her records growing up so, trust me when I tell you that I am well versed with her musical catalog. Life goes on...
So should the Doobie Brothers, and so many other great bands. At this point I consider being in the RRHoF a dishonor and don't even care because it's totally irrelevant.
Lets see, Chet Atkins, Grandmaster Flash, NWA, Johnny Cash, Notorious B.I.G. and Parliament are all in the "Rock and Roll" Hall of Fame. But not Pat Benatar. Someone who is an actual rocker. Amazing. She is far more genuine than most of the singers presently in there. Note that T-Rex is in the Hall of Fame and only had one top 10 hit in the US. That's right, one.
Absolutely one of the best voices of all time.
O YEAH🤘🏻
There IS...
NO FINER!!!
(and Dont EEE,VEN Get Me Started
On HOW BEAUTIFUL PAT IS!!!)
The fact that this beautiful, powerfully talented woman is not in the hall of fame, makes the hall irrelevant.
What hall.......? 😠
Without Her...
its Irrelevance, titles itself, as
The Hall of SHAME!!!

Our QUEEN!!! ❤💋
I can't believe she's not in The Rocking Roll Hall of Fame!! Maybe this yr 2022!
Neil is pure BAD ASS & so is Pat!!! They are the perfect compliment to each other. This how music is supposed to sound. So glad to grow up with this.
Gen x ,we were there!!! "What"
I’m a weird person where I will have a song I love .. I will then spend forever if needed to find the best live version of the song. Wow, I defy anyone to sit still watching this. The best performance of this song I've seen. Long Live the Queen.
Pat benator

He’s a total bad ass.
Pay attention kids: This is what REAL talent looks and sounds like.
What the hell are you talking about? He is not underrated… Any guitar periodical any critic? Any fan will tell you he is among the best… Perhaps you forgot about him for years, but that doesn’t make him underrated
Couldn’t agree more
Pat's voice is pure power - plain and simple.Present day artists can't hold a candle to this voice.
I wonder if she and her husband realize how much their music means to many of us ? It relaxes us brings us back to good times in our lives. Their songs are and will always be priceless to me. I hope to see them again live . The last time was at the Capital Centre in Largo Maryland 1980s.
Had her 8 track driving around in the 80 's and she still rocks.

PAT BENATAR is amazing. Every song is great, but this is one of the best.
I agree completely. It really shows her range and power. She's a goddess.
The jazzy break in this performance was fun but I was really lookin forward to hearing a live take on that guitar solo! One of my favorites!
Damn! One of the best renditions I've heard!
Ahhhh..where did the times go?...Still rocking to Pat since 80's..
more like the late 70's.
Just Sayin' Truly. Time has flown by. We have to look to our Creator. He will be calling us home.
Love it! Pat & Neil! Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame!
Yeah, Patti Smith is in the Rock Hall and Patty B. isn't. We live in an upside-down world, especially now in 2022.
My favorite Benatar tune. Love the extended solo section. Just gorgeous.
I miss playing rock and roll so much, but I can still listen to it and get a little tear in my eye. Best times of my life. Without the audience , it’s nothing. The mutual energy is one of the best things we do as human beings. We rock together and the pinhead suits be damned.
Was a pleasure to see her live 3 times. One of the top rock voices ever….
She is the Ronnie James Dio of female singers. The best who ever lived. And Niel is a monster (driving force of the band). Consummate professionals.
Pat's killing it here.
How is this woman not in the ROCK & ROLL Hall of Fame. Shows you what a joke it is.
PHENOMENAL voice. Always loved her.
one of the greatest bands in 80's rock spyder wrote some of the tastiest licks of that time
Always liked Pat . Saw her years ago and I was glad I did!
what a class act and such a beautiful lady with a rockin' voice...
It’s a shame Neil isn’t mentioned in the top rock guitarists lists. He is an unbelievable player, songwriter and producer. And what a hottie wife!
The queen of Rock!!
I love Pat Benatar!
Pat And Neil still on top and rocking. Love you both!!!!!!!
💋the band an the voice are at the top of the world love this 💋😎
My favorite Pat song. What a rocker! Pat we're going to get you in the RRHOF. Oh yeah and you thumbs down people. Are you fucking crazy?
She has always been #1 in women rock!! She sat the way for other women actually! #love #PatBenatar
She's still got it...BIG n BOLD.

There’s only ONE Pat!!
Love this song and Neil is such a good creative guitar player
she is such a tea pot visually. opens up her mouth and out come the horns of Jericho. immaculate
I've seen pat twice in my life. Neil doesn't usually get Vocal. Good to See!!
She pounds it out so effortlessly, a true professional.
Still watching in 2021.
Pat sings her a** off on this song. I've always loved it.
There is the Queen of Rock, Pat Benatar Would have to give an Honorable mention to Ann & Nancy Wilson of Heart.
Edward Anthony Leone: The 3 of them are on the same level in my humble opinion!
I love Pat, but it's the other way around - Ann was untouchable in her prime.
Agreed with that one
Don't forget Stevie!
@@simflyr1957 that's right
Cool-looking green guitar
Imagine the moment you realize this is your mom and dad and what they mean to the world
Saw her in 1984. "What a live Show! It was real" that was... I wish you could see shows like that today?
Pat got all the attention, but that's one Helluva band behind her. And Neil is highly underrated as a guitarist except probably by other guitar players.
Que hermosa mujer! Thank you Pat almost 30 years listen to you
good he is helping Pat out . these shows are excusing .
She Still holds her Own .
A new guitar solo for a old hit! good job! Patty B. was the BOMB back in the day!

Corey Smith. For real

Still killing it! Should be rock n roll hall of fame 😘🍻
Maybe 2020!
So should the Doobie Brothers, and so many other great bands. At this point I consider being in the RRHoF a dishonor and don't even care because it's totally irrelevant.
Pat benatar is a beautiful Lady!! From shawn Overton.
Love this so much!! Thank you!! 💞
The Best ❤
This is the first song that Pat and Spyder wrote about their own personal relationship.
YES know it by heart. Sing-along! 1-3-3-4....
Lets see, Chet Atkins, Grandmaster Flash, NWA, Johnny Cash, Notorious B.I.G. and Parliament are all in the "Rock and Roll" Hall of Fame. But not Pat Benatar. Someone who is an actual rocker. Amazing. She’s in now.
Bravisimoooooo.
I like how Neil's powerful guitar riffs
Come on now who hasn't made alot of these
