This is 100% correct I used to think that websites were just OK. Get a couple pages up there but now we create on page SCO websites we we start at $5000 for a website from a template the last website we built it’s been up and running for two months and they’ve already made their money back 25 organic leads that filled out. I told him I should’ve charged him $20,000.
Your videos have helped me so much I got to the point where I pushed myself to cold call and use your strategies that I got my first potential client to get on a call tomorrow morning🔥

Hey man, what's this estimate calculator thing you mentioned at the end?? Had a meeting with a prospect last night and he said he needs something like that. He runs a cleaning business, and wants to spend less time giving estimates, following up and just the overall back and forth with leads
Whats the reasoning for keeping you on retainer after your design is done? Also if the other agency was doing it at 500 then why did you keep yours at 150/month
How do you handle payment? Do you write monthly bills? I could imagine this gets pretty chaotic with more customers. Are there more smart way to do Discounts like the 20% off with 6 monts payment upfront?
I hate cold calling for outreach. In my niche it just doesn't make sense but it can be good for following up AFTER you sent them an email. So when you call to ask about the email they know you're serious and they'll go look at the email again. Much faster, simpler call & if they're interested they can email back.
@@talyahr3302 that's interesting because I'm seeing success with my cold calling, I'm even starting to enjoy it. I'm curious, are you guys making it more of a natural conversation with the lead rather than coming off a bit pushy? That's what's working for me
He shows how to in a few videos. Hey, it IS tough. but NOT impossible! But first, get better at calling. It is a skill, learn it, record yourself. Talk their (SMB) language, not features and tech stuff. And two, say you charge 1K + 100 a month, and make 2k overall for some reason. If it took 35 hours of calls and 5 to deliver that's 50 bucks per hour. To build your portfolio and business. Eventually you get referrals, higher payouts, etc. Sure beats 99% of jobs!
@@wiktordabrowski8265 if we're being honest, not really, I've seen people run web design agencies withought knowing anything about building websites from scratch , the whole idea Is to not make money with your time (meaning you need something to save you time, thus the whole idea of a website builder)....hope this helps

You don't talk about the n°1 limiting factor : competition. In my market, one of the biggest national agencies charge 200€ one time payment and 30$/monthly for one-page websites. 300€ and 60€/month for a 10 pages website. Another one charge 0 payement, and only 39€/month forfait for a website with ... 100 to 300 pages created by an AI SEO bot. Every business that I called have previously been called by other agencies or freelancers, one lawyer even told me last week that I was the 5th guy trying to sell him a website this week alone. I can't put 2k€ price or 100€/month and expect to sell a website, even with 100/100 Google Lighthouse scores in all metrics and perfect on-page SEO. They would laugh at me, they are not even taking the 600€ offer from some agency with 5/5 Google rating over 300 clients, how can I f*cking compete.
