    I feel being more informal resonate better with people then just being like professional formal salesman. Because it gives kind of feeling like they can speak to you normally and casually and tell you their troubles directly in their own tone or voice.

    That was awesome Pavlo. Thank you. What you are teaching here is so great and what I have been finding in my sales efforts. Whenever I try to use some scripted sales techniques with a series of discovery calls dragging out the whole process it usually doesn't go well, but when I am causal and not salesy and just ask questions and let them reveal their pain points I am able to close sales. I have been creating proposals and then reviewing them with the prospect but you have convinced me that I don't even need to do a fancy proposal unless it's a larger company and they are requesting it. And those usually don't end up with the sale either! lol - Gregg

    A few quick questions, can you dive a little deeper on the service delivery side? Are you building a templated website and hosting the site though HighLevel? How does he "own" the website? Is there any lead follow-up being included here for contact form submissions?
    Thanks in advance, I'm always curious on the service side, as that helps me more confidently deliver info on calls.

      It was BRILLIANT sales navigating then close for most possible from a penny pincher & similar to using exaggerated monetary amount with lifetime value of a customer ... It's about getting 4k in 4 months & yeah hosting on all hi level websites included in your monthly fees but also this guys website editing will be minimum once set up which consists of uploading new done jobs to gallery & testimonials but you hire VA's to do that when you have a bunch of website clients ... This was masterclass in feeling out your sales options then realizing there's ONLY 1 PLAY that makes sense since my monthly fees are to much for him & then executing it too perfection with no resistance rather eagerness to throw his card at him ... Pavel should start a sales closing TV show

      So the potential client couldn’t afford $1,500-$5,000 a month for Facebook leads…He wasn’t satisfied paying I think $150 a month for the website he had…Pavel chargers WAY more than $150 a month for his websites…so the guy couldn’t afford anything monthly

    Why does he need to give you his card details ? What is it use for ? can't he send you the 1k$ directly ?

      he is putting in the card number to setup the recurring charge for 4 months. That way he doesnt have to keep sending an invoice to pay.

    Great, now you sold a website to a guy who doesn't know anything about tech (as he said himself) - so who updates his new site with new customer reviews or new content he wants to share? I never sell websites without monthly retainer, only if he insists he wants to do the maintenance himself.
    1 unhappy customer is much worse than 5 calls without a sale. Sometimes it's better to not offer anything if the person doesn't fit 100%

    so are you just hosting his wordpress site on yours? How would he access the leads that came in to his site, are you mkaing him download lead connect?

    • @Pavel.k
      @Pavel.k  ปีที่แล้ว

      He'd get his own hosting package with hostgator. Then he can either check leads in lead connector when its linked in GHL or if not we send the website leads to his email.

      I'm confused, are you just building a WordPress website and not a GHL website/template with a few CRM features? If so, why not just build on GHL?
