Thanks for responding to my previous query. Appreciate it, and it was helpful. I want to ask, 1. when you say low ticket or high ticket website, how do you design them, what differentiation you keep ( key differentiating factors)? 2. How do you get clients? From where exactly? What process? And how do you close the client/ seal the deal?? I am a beginner, and I know how to design a little bit in photoshop & illustrator. I am from India🇮🇳
For the people asking about coding. I will say that it's really not needed. Not saying it can't help for instance I know html, css, js, React and more. However, I've found you dont use it that much a lot of online tools handle a lot of it for you.
Depends though, average static brochure site not really but once you start getting ambitious or custom, you need a stack. Or at least need to know enough to manage a project.
Based on his responses to other questions and not this one, my guess is he will avoid answering me. Says probably all you need to know about where his MRR comes from.
If you've used the GHL builder you'd know that's its heavily outdated and very expensive to use if you dont find the clients within 30 days. He's likely making A LOT more from the affiliate side of things since the commissions are high. His FB community alone has 6k members alone which even if 5% are subscribed under his affiliate link thats almost 60k a month.
Thanks for the method bro worked perfectly, I have a question : I have an interested client for a web design in the dental niche but I don't have either a personal portfolio or an agency portfolio what should I do to sign him up just like that or should I drive him to my Upwork profile however I don't have any experience and no reviews?

Sir even in the low ticket website the client needs to pay monthly fees of Webflow/Go high level plan and hosting right? Or is there any other way? I'm new in this Web Design freelance filed and my goal is to make $1000 dollar/ month that's it.

Hey I asked this on another video but im looking for a response. Do you think cold calling is necessary for this business? or you can still grow it with all of the online marketing and SMS options? If we went very hard and consistent on the marketing side, can you get around having to do cold calls, or are they absolutely necessary for this business? like what would be the real reality of it
Cold calls aren't necessary for this. Cold calls are simply a method, you can use it or use other methods or use both. Pavel has a video of him doing a bunch of Cold calls.
the truth is when your just starting out you have to do whichever one gets you results the fastest. when you drive results in Cold Calling for example then you want to move on to online/SMS. There is no im going to just do one or the other you will have to do both when the time comes. For example if you can do 100,000 a month doing Online/SMS and 20,000 a month Cold Calling. Which one should you do? the answer is simple both, 120k sounds a lot better than either option. So no you cant just get around Cold Calling its just not a good business decision. business is not about getting around things. Its about going thru it and learning how to handle problems
Why would a client opt to pay $150 every month for a website instead of going on fiverr and paying $250 one time and own the website. Plus, help me understand, do the clients get to own the website or do they lose the website when they choose to stop making the monthly payment?
@AntonioMikal you didn't quite get my question. I didn't try to compare the services, I wanted to know why they would opt to continue making a monthly payment as opposed to going for ownership. If you pay for a simple website to be made for $250 why wouldni continue to pay you $150 every month for thesame website which will cost me exorbitantly in the long run?
@@GodsWordTodayDPHosting a dynamic website is not necessarily free. Sure maybe you can have a single time fee to design the website and someone can possess that designs, but hosting a site online is not free and will also typically take some level of technical knowledge to not only set up, but also update. So if a customer does not have their own server nor the knowledge to set one up, they will likely need to pay (monthly) for a hosting service. Then additionally to update this site they will need to learn how to use whatever their service they are using to host their website. So in the end it comes down to whether the customer weighs the value of having to spend time learning (and probably screwing up a few things along the way) with a cheaper monthly payment as being greater than the larger cost per month but not having to deal with that stuff.

He has around 1000 items on the floor, all of which I have to photograph and upload. What do I charge him for this? Do I link his credit card for the domain charge?
depending on the functions you add or if its just plug and play stuff i would think about it like this time + hour rate + yrl experience = price Example 100hour + 50 + 5years of experiance = 7k-15k
Hey, as a beginner I ran into an issue where the client changed his mind after 6 days of design work and pretty much told me to redo the whole thing. At first, they sent me some similar websites they really liked which I took inspiration from, but after like 6 days, they found some other websites which they thought looked better (they were completely different btw) This led me to refunding them since it wasnt worth it for me to redo the whole thing. Btw during these 6 days I kept asking them for feedback and they were happy every time. So, how do I prevent this? What should have I done differently?
Have them sign a contract and put it in the contract that they will pay for the % of the website is done. So if you do 80% and they change their mind, they still have to pay for 80%
