    Junaid Bhai, I actually work on London train network. People pay for their tickets because they know they will face a fine and a criminal record. People obey traffic rules because they know if cameras catch them over speeding, they will get a fine and lose the licence. So that tells us that it's to do with the law. Once you have enforced the law and set examples, rest of the public starts obeying the law automatically. In Pakistan biggest problem is that there's no implementation of law. KAL cameras laga do Sharah Faisal par, aur fines Karo, phir Dekho kaisay log lanes and speed restrictions follow kartay Hain. But law kaun implement karay ga? Bilawal zardari? Sharjeel Memon? Qadir Patel? Baaki yeh Baat theek hai k logon k khud theek Hona chaye but Thora sa unrealistic hai. Kion k public Jahan k bhi ho, bagair danday k Nahi manti. Bas difference yeh hai k once you have implemented the law, public starts behaving automatically and over time they get into good habits like wearing seat belts, not over speeding, paying for their tickets. Yehi Europe Mai hua hai

    • @silenthill1035
      @silenthill1035 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Absolutely ! It is the enforcement of laws in those societies that puts fear of God in their hearts, kindness in their actions and shame in their eyes. In Criminology, there is a theory called Broken Windows Theory which is taught to top Police officials. There is so much thought and investment behind what seems effortless to an untrained eye that it boggles the mind. Basically, the public knows that they may get away a few times, but they'll surely eventually get caught and the consequences will not only wipe out the unfair advantage they got in the past but will also cause them far more trouble in the future.

    • @arsalwaqar4428
      @arsalwaqar4428 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Pretty spot on ! But lawmakers and law enforce karnay waalay saaray khud chor hon, tou average citizen bahir hi niklay ga aesay mulk say. I think Junaid Bhai is trying to preach this famous saying: "The World can only change from within."
      But it's a far fetched ideology in my opinion. History gawaah hai k hamesha trickle down effect hi change laata hai, be it positive or negative.

    • @apurpose8614
      @apurpose8614 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yeh that's the point
      People mostly follow the rules when they they know their will be consequences
      At the time of prophet, Public was like this but prophet propagated the message of Islam, created a jamaat of sahaba, purified their intentions and actions, faced the torture of Quraish with patience and when the jamaat of handful sahaba was formed, Prophet did the Jihad against Quraish and Arab, defeated them and created an Islamic Society, brought the revolution which changed everything of Society ( Beliefs, Mindset, Value Structure, actions, Ibadaat, Social, Economical, Political system, Miltary rules etc)
      Then later on in the time of Hazrat Omar they defeated cruel Romans and Persians and created a Just Welfare Islamic State
      So it all started from Prophet, a single person( s.a.w )
      So a few handful number of people which are honest, upright and have the sense of accountability can change the Society, its definitely possible
      This is a need of today, a total revolution

      Baat to sahi hai. The same people act responsibly when they visit middle east or west but don't follow the rules only in Pakistan. The fear of punishment or getting penalized should be there, warna nahi hoti hmari awaam theek. We should have a law like middle-east - strict and heavy fines, otherwise no hope.

You were spot on in making the people understand to learn basic social etiquettes but the main problem of our society is ignorance and lack of education... And with the word education; I don't mean academics or formal degrees! I mean basic social manners, the way you behave as a society means a lot and it's sad to say that it's deteriorating day by day and we as a nation aren't ready for self correction.... I really appreciate your kind message and the way you are trying to play your part in educating our society! Keep up the good work brother 👍🏼

Jab hum Pakistan main brain drainage karte rahien ge to mulk age kaise barhe ga?? none of the students in these countries want to go abroad...they have good education and good colleges but this wasn't always the case, was it?

    The only way forward is to enhance your knowledge and understanding of your surroundings, universe, and where we have come from.
    Unfortunately, we are still stuck in the mindset of "Kurti gilli gilli, lacha wi gilla gilla" or "Gujjra wey Gujjra wey".
    The only nations which have really progressed or picked themselves as nations, have either ignored the religion completely (such as Switzerland, Germany, etc.) OR established a very hard line between the Religion, Humanism and Work ethics.
    Pakistan will never be able to progress with their closed mindset and due to a lack of understanding of their surroundings, challenges, and critical issues. When the society is judging everything from the point of view of of 7th century religion, it is not plausible to excel in any domain.

      Moreover, Islam strongly encourages, both men and women, to attain education. There is hadith on education where Prophet Muhammad pbuh said, seek knowledge even if you have to go to China." (china was far most place at that time) . So, the level of education and scientific advancements in west talk volumes about it and see how Muslim countries deal with science and education.
      Besides, cleanliness is the most important aspect of religion. The conditions of cities in west is far much better than that of countries which were founded on the basis of religion.
      Finally, absence of rule of law in Muslim countries is rampant,. Consequently there is wide spread corruption, nepotism, trafic violations and many other social ills of society are prevalent in our countries.
      Therefore, if there is promotion of knowledge, scientific education, implementation of rule of law, development of civic sense, and trade with honesty and integrity, you will see condition of our country.

On the other hand, the west has nothing to do with religion... they have rejected religion as a society ... they are termed as Godless societies and look at their progress .... they don't follow Islam or any religion as a matter of fact ... so, how does it matter what religion teaches you or not ? .... when others can achieve the same thing without a religion then why do we need a religion ?
      Now, a common argument is and you tried to give the same argument that .... religion is teaching you good things but the followers are not following it properly and that's why we are in this situation ... ok .... the counter argument is that others are not following the religiuos teachings either ... they don't even know if religion teaches all these things ... still they are not in the same situation, they are doing good. Good video.
    Living in Germany, I can really say that that the German society is exemplary when it comes to obeying the law. And this is not only because law enforcement is strict but there is also a natural "expectation" from one another that everyone obeys the law. You can ride buses and trains without a ticket and no one will ask, but there are random checks and if they catch you then you have to 60 euros.
    What really is amazing that you may never know when the check may happen. It can happen even on a Sunday at 3 am or Wednesday during official timings.
    Moreover, this expectation that everyone obeys the law is a powerful factor that impels people to obey even the small act like not crossing the road when it is red light even if it is 1 am and there is no sign of an incoming car.
    Lastly, Germany is not really an athiest society. The country is secular but there is still a strong Protestant ethics influence.

      As a Pakistani agnostic-atheist living in Australia. Germany is a 'non-religious society' I wouldn't say Atheist by very irreligious. Protestantism and Catholicism play as culture; people get their culture, holidays and morals from it just like me with Islam but they rarely are religious; they may identify with it but once you get to know them you'll realise they are atheist. Same with many developed countries like Australia. Even people in developed muslim countries like Turkey and Azerbaijan are heavily non-religious and atheist.

    You described the situation very well. I thought you would not talk about exceptions among Germans who would not punch their tickets, but you pleasantly surprised me by covering that as well. Unfortunately in Pakistan the criminal-violent mindset has permeated to every segment of our society due to fearlessness of law. Disputes are now settled based on the capacity to wage violence at a given time of either side rather than based on law. I have never seen in Pakistan that a weak side won a court case against a stronger side. Everyday I see fights between shopkeepers and customers over wrong change being given. I feel like I should carry a body cam to record everything my eyes see so I can later prove things. But then there are so many such "proofs" online which rarely get due resolution.

    Akram, bhai, yeh sabkuch possible tabhi hai jab aapki population itni kam ho aur GDP itni zyada ho ki aadmi ki value sarkar janti ho.
    India aur pakistan ki agar 30% abadi kisi karan khatam ho jaye to Sarkar ko kya koi farak padega. China me rules bahut strong hai isliye wahan na to Congress na to TTP aayegi andolan karne.
