Shahbaz's mother is my mother, his dad is my dad and in a lot of ways Shahbaz represents me and millions of other Pakistanis for whom survival was day in day out. Listening to Shahbaz's story, I went down the memory lane, lived my own journey which seemed tough, suffocating and endless at the time but now seems a distant past. I have known Shahbaz for a couple of years now through a mutual friend, and today I got to know more of him. Kudos to you Shahbaz and to you Junked Akram for representing the Pakistan diaspora from abroad.
Bro same title given to me. I had squint in both my eyes. Hole in my heart with pulmonary regurgitation. Despite that I went to CMH age 18 in Peshawar and did my operation in both eyes. Bulling is such a bad thing in our society that even your cousins and siblings don't spare you when they get angry with you. But despite that I survived that. I am happy you did too. My mother and father were there all along to support me during my life. Alhamdulilah working at a prestigious position in a donor based company now.
