He is good at communication, specially thinking at the other aspect when one aspect is just clarified.He just Need to work a bit on expressions for podcast that probably he will improve with time. But that one thing doesn't sabotage his intellect and patience as host. You should better to gave just constructive feedback instead of totally demeaning good temperament that society lacks on average.

unfortunalety if you push or encourage people to leave/got out of Pak, only top 10% people skilled/educated will leave which is brain drain , leaving behind unskilled/uneducated people.
The host wasted Dr Shb time and the audience time by misleading the thumbnail. There was just a tiny part which addressed what the thumbnail said. He didn't ask the right questions but instead it was like he is just filling in the time to complete his channel watch time.

The host has also played a great intellectual part that is not usually present in most people. Just one suggestion to attract more audience on this useful platform is to be more open/expressive in terms of expressions either facial or gestures. Again the host has more wisdom and ethics than most Famous Podcasters.

Specially the host very wisely tried to get maximum out of his wisdom in the podcast asking important questions. Secondly if you want to criticise him, I would suggest the following saying for you "Complain about software by Making Software".
I am unable to decide if the host is trying to do the program in English or Urdu? He speaks half English and half Urdu. His English accent is weird and of course Urdu is also lacking any professional training. Before hosting a program, please decide who are your target audience. Stick to one language which you are really competent at. I respect Usmani sahib though; He should be careful in accepting being a guest in such programs.

The podcast was pretty good but it seemed all rushed. It was like a quick fire round on topics that require so much insight and method. Nevertheless, always learning from people.

unfortunalety if you push or encourage people to leave/got out of Pak, only top 10% people skilled/educated will leave which is brain drain , leaving behind unskilled/uneducated people.
The host wasted Dr Shb time and the audience time by misleading the thumbnail. There was just a tiny part which addressed what the thumbnail said.
He didn't ask the right questions but instead it was like he is just filling in the time to complete his channel watch time.

The host has also played a great intellectual part that is not usually present in most people. Just one suggestion to attract more audience on this useful platform is to be more open/expressive in terms of expressions either facial or gestures.

I am unable to decide if the host is trying to do the program in English or Urdu? He speaks half English and half Urdu. His English accent is weird and of course Urdu is also lacking any professional training. Before hosting a program, please decide who are your target audience. Stick to one language which you are really competent at. I respect Usmani sahib though; He should be careful in accepting being a guest in such programs.
