Impressive how how this method gets the heavily soiled carpet clean. I have been steam cleaning for a few years now and want to add Encapsulation cleaning to my repertoire.
Wonderful!! But I have a question. I’m starting my business for residential and commercial and I didn’t know what pad I should use for each carpet . I want to do a low moisture cleaning. Thank you
HWE is better in some cases. Blood, urine, very heavy soil loads, but overall LM is more profitable with a lower machine/equipment investment for the increased productivity.
Hi Kevin. You certainly can. The key is not to much or to little when spraying. Just remember the water help the soils transfer into the bonnet so if its too dry that hurts the transfer.
@@finalstep10 thank you very much for the fast reply! I will make sure to keep your helpful tip in mind. I'm starting a carpet cleaning business and I will definitely make sure to visit your site for some of the Revive It Rocket, and some bonnet pads!
The round bonnet is what does the cleaning and the absorption of the dirt, the black bristles do the agitation. They work together to do the cleaning. You have to use both.
This looks great now all I got to do is clean up the dirt because you just smeared it everywhere there's no extraction you just wiping it up with a mop this sucks need to get a real machine
People are always afraid of change. Looks like lots of dirt was removed to me. This pictures tells a much different story. bonnetpro.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Bonnet-Wash-dirty-1.jpg
That's because you don't know what you're talking about. This system is used in many 5-star hotels, even in the White House. You think they bring hoses and TM in the White House everytime the carpet needs cleaning, including the United States Capitol building as big these buildings are with elevators.
@@lovingeachothernow Don't worry about him. Extraction can also cause issues. All tools used correctly will be an asset for your cleaning business. People that are close-minded limit themselves. I used to extract with a TM and follow with a bonnet to remove what the truckmount missed on heavily soiled jobs.
@@megaleadjphwe is probably the best yea, BUT there’s some serious negatives. The heat can potentially damage the fiber and or glue. The water can take a long time to dry and smell like wet dog. Thats what all these TH-cam videos don’t explain. You see the cleaning but not the next day or next few days. With water extraction , the carpets gets WET WET. And about 90% of the time. It’s not worth. Encap scrubbing and or bonnet cleaning gets most everything. Probably not kitchen grease or urine stains that are at the bottom but everything else.

Can you prepay the solution on the carpet with a pump sprayer prior to going over it with the bonnet if your machine does not have a sprayer on it?

Absolutely!
That's what I do. My 175 has a tank capability, however I just prefer to pretreat with a sprayer and never use the mounted tank on the buffer.
Thank you, it was very helpful.
Is this a orbital or single disc swing machine
What machine is that?
If you don't put the round cover on the brush at the bottom can you still use this machine? would the machine still clean the carpet
You mean the bonnet?

Nice job.
