    This video shows the new MiniMax in action cleaning a heavily soiled ice cream shop using Bonnet Pro`s OmegaZyme, Radical Rinse and OxyAll stabilized peroxide. The machine using the Multi Brush loaded with IronMan Bonnets cut through tons of mess and made the carpet look fantastic! The time line of this video shows only half of the shop being cleaned. The total shop was just over an hour to service.
    The Mini will be for sale very early in 2023 from MiniMax Carpet Machines LLC.
    The rest of the products used in this video are available now at Bonnet Pro. bonnetpro.com/....

    This just shows the incredible ability of the rotary with the right attachments and chemistry. I have been primarily using the rotary for 29 years and although I have OPs as well I use rotary exclusively for residential and I often prefer it for my commercial jobs as well. The Multibrush is a phenomenal tool and nothing can touch it.

    Now hit it with a truck mount and rinse out all that residue left in the carpet. Very slow passes with a teflon glide on the wand. Then multiple slow dry passes and the carpet will be only slightly damp when you leave. I used padding method then changed to HWE with a truck mount.

    I like that you change the pad often. I do the same for better absorption !

      You are welcome. I think to run a healthy business you need to earn $150 to $250 per hour for a 1 man or man and helper set up.

      Low moisture or encap method of cleaning is only good for short nap industrial glue down carpets. Hot water / steam extraction is best choice to clean residential carpets.

    you took the pad off the machine, said flip it over, (but you didnt flip it over, you put the dirty side back down). the person filming should have noticed that.

    • @JohnKlucznik
      @JohnKlucznik ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No. I should have noticed it. Trying to do an unscripted video, run the machines, and be in and out in a specific time range these things happen. Would have turned out even better if I did flip it.

    What kind of sprayer did you use ? Thx

  • @meminrd8
    @meminrd8 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

    now the question is how you suck up the water you spraying and how you extract the dirt out of the carpet went you use the bonnet?

  • @terirodriguez1363
    @terirodriguez1363 ปีที่แล้ว

    would one time like to see HWE done first then go over everything with bonnet to see if its even better or dries even quicker. use both methods and see results.

    • @finalstep10
      @finalstep10  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Bonnet after extraction is a great tool. Spray a dirty car with a high pressure spray gun at the car wash and it will not remove the soils film. Rub it with you finger after you just sprayed it and that film will be remove with the friction of your finger. That is what bonnet cleaning does after extraction. It mechanically rubs of the bio/oily films that extraction can leave behind. That is why extracted carpets re soil faster then encapsulated carpets. Extraction is a great tool but can be assisted with bonnet cleaning for more challenging situations on when wicked back is an issue.

    How u you oh do clean the bonnets for reuse ? How much per square feet would you charge for that commercial job ?

    • @JohnKlucznik
      @JohnKlucznik หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello. You would launder them at home for multiple uses. Another more important way to look at charging is what you will make per hour, not by the foot.
      By the Foot only tells part of the story, which concerns productivity. What you earn per hour is better. A carpet cleaning company should earn about $150 to $250 per hour.
      This could be less in a very rural area. So if this job was a thousand square feet. I can do it in two hours at the lower end of $150 the charge would be $300 or 30 cents per foot.

    Why are rotaries and bonnet cleaning frowned on when cleaning wool?

    • @JohnKlucznik
      @JohnKlucznik 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Who frowns on them? Wool rugs have been shampooed for decades with rotaries. That said, a too-aggressive bonnet (compared to a soft brush) could cause some pilling.
