It does rain but I wouldn’t say it’s nearly as much as Washington state. We don’t have the almost constant cloud cover like y’all. The storms come through and it will be cloudy and raining but once it passes it’s bright and sunny. Then it might be a few weeks until another storm comes and goes.

In your opinion coming from CA, is the back end or the front of Kingwood better for us Cali people? What about remodeling a purchased resale, is it expensive to do cosmetic updates? Are there any incentives if you purchase a resale, to upgrade? Which annual salaries qualify for a 300-400k home? Which lenders are good? Which mortgage companies from TX offer better deals?
