    How about the rain? Does it rain a lot there? I am from western Washington state. I am sick of rain and clouds. I do like the golf, lake and amenities.

      It does rain but I wouldn’t say it’s nearly as much as Washington state. We don’t have the almost constant cloud cover like y’all. The storms come through and it will be cloudy and raining but once it passes it’s bright and sunny. Then it might be a few weeks until another storm comes and goes.

      @@MakingHoustonHome that makes sense. Western Washington has less rain but the clouds NEVER go away.

    What can $200k buy me and can the be Financed ?

    • @MakingHoustonHome
      @MakingHoustonHome  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Carlos, thanks for reaching out! I do have another video of Kingwood TX homes in the $200k range, if you go to my channel and look at the “Living in Kingwood” Playlist you’ll find it there. With the market shifting in the last few months we’ve seen more homes come available in that range! Feel free to reach out to me and we can discuss financing. Financing is specific to each individual and their financial situation. To answer your question, yes you can finance the home, it would be best to discuss the details on your financing options with one of my preferred lenders. Thanks again!

    In your opinion coming from CA, is the back end or the front of Kingwood better for us Cali people?
    What about remodeling a purchased resale, is it expensive to do cosmetic updates? Are there any incentives if you purchase a resale, to upgrade?
    Which annual salaries qualify for a 300-400k home?
    Which lenders are good? Which mortgage companies from TX offer better deals?

    • @MakingHoustonHome
      @MakingHoustonHome  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hey! I personally love the back of Kingwood (that’s where we live). It really depends on what type of home you would be looking for; square footage, amount of rooms, lot size, location etc. Loans also vary because a big part of the approval process is debt to income ratio, so it’s very specific to each individual person. I’d love to chat with you and be able to talk about your specific situation! Simply click the link below and schedule a call that works for you! I’m happy to answer any and all your questions 🙂
