Now same TH-camrs are claiming that they predicted the bursting of bubble. 8) In the end, due to inflated prices both investors and builders will suffer as was the case ten years ago.

Everything gave the smell of a sc am the moment builders started quoting 3 plus , 4 plus , 5 plus etc etc crore as rates . As a buyer on needs to understand this sc am upfront .
Go for smaller properties 2bhk or max 3 bhk in 40 to 70 lakh range . It will be easier to sell . Won't get in gurgaon but in greater noida etc you may get .
