Many here are arguing that there is no slowdown , try to hold on the projects for next 5 years even if there is no actual buyer .. let me explain why it is not easy to hold on projects especially luxury segment . current buyers are mostly short term investors who have been fooled by builder and invested due to scheme of exit plan to gain premium, when in actual end users are only 10 to 20 percent … problem here many are those invested does not have actual financial power to hold that for 6 -10 years which is beyond the capacity .. Word of caution here for both buyer and end users , keep an eye on projects which have just completed and check how many are actually occupied or in possession especially in Delhi NCR region .. this would give you fair idea whether you need to really invest in that area for existing or upcoming project
