    Pawan ji two years back I was about to buy 4 bhk flat in Chintel Paradiso. The seller had demanded Rs 10 L more than what property dealer had quoted whereas I was expecting discount of Rs 5 L. There was another option but it was on top floor but still I was considering this as well as the earlier option. Fortunately, I saw your video wherein you had explained history of Najafgarh Jheel in this area and vulnerability of the land to liquefaction in case of earthquake. In that video you have also briefly discussed some evidence to support your view point. I trusted your opinion and dropped the idea of buying the flat in that area and bought it in some other part of Gurugram. Six months later, many blocks of Chintel paradiso were declared unsafe, which included the flat I was about to buy. Today, while watching this video I was reminded of that incident. I thank you for your videos and genuinely believe that you are different from most of the others, who in my opinion are not bold and fair enough to disclose every important aspect. But you do it even if it may rub some builders on the wrong side. Thanks again.
